★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, o prestadores de serviço ( eletricista, calhista, pedreiro e outros)da Imobiliaria são enrolados, careiros, e não se atém aos prazos por eles prop próprios estipulados. Até inquilino tivemos que arrumar!
Very bad, the service providers (electrician, shoe shop, bricklayer and others) of Imobiliaria are tangled up, friendly, and do not stick to the deadlines they propose themselves. Even a tenant we had to fix it!

Minha mãe morou em uma casa alugada com eles por 5 anos, nunca atrasou aluguel e quando precisou entregar a casa foi a MAIOR burocracia, além da vistoriadora ter ROUBADO uma aparelho que estava na casa e pertencia ao inquilino...Ah, detalhe, foi roubado com o CONSENTIMENTO e AUTORIZAÇÃO deles! Reclamaram da pintura da casa, a casa foi pintada por TRÊS vezes, e a cada vistoria eles incluíam algo novo que não estava de acordo e agora estão cobrando um valor ABSURDO para "quitar" a dívida.... porém, vão arcar na justiça com essa palhaçada ! Acham que as PESSOAS são leigas, idiotas? Cobram o que quer, alegando que estão CERTOS. Isso é o que vamos ver!
Lousy real estate! My mother lived in a rented house with them for 5 years, she never delayed rent and when she needed to hand over the house it was the BIGGEST bureaucracy, in addition to the inspector STEALING a device that was in the house and belonged to the tenant ... Ah, detail, it was stolen with their CONSENT and AUTHORIZATION! They complained about the painting of the house, the house was painted THREE times, and at each inspection they included something new that was not in agreement and now they are charging an ABSURD amount to "pay off" the debt .... however, they will bear the justice with this clowning! Do you think PEOPLE are lay, idiots? They charge what they want, claiming they are RIGHT. That's what we're going to see!
