Ontem 28/03/2022, minha irmã resolveu comprar pra entrega em domicílio já que moramos no Montese e o trajeto é bastante contra mão. Ficou tudo acordado com a vendedora que seria entregue até às 16:00, após esse horário não me encontro em casa. Simplesmente as 16:00 horas liga uma pessoa pra minha irmã dizendo que estava na leste oeste e qual seria realmente o endereço? É de lascar mesmo. Minha irmã confirma novamente que o endereço é Montese e que não tem como entregar porque eles chegariam aqui mais de 16:00 horas. E os entregadores que na verdade querem simplesmente se livrar do produto jogaram minha mercadoria em casa de visinho que até o presente momento ainda está lá por não ter como levar para o verdadeiro endereço de entrega. Descaso totalmente.
Terrible, lack of organization and mainly commitment to the customer. Yesterday 03/28/2022, my sister decided to buy it for home delivery as we live in Montese and the route is quite wrong. Everything was agreed with the saleswoman that it would be delivered until 16:00, after that time I'm not at home. Just at 16:00 hours someone calls my sister saying that she was in the east west and what would the address really be? It's really ripping. My sister confirms again that the address is Montese and that there is no way to deliver because they would arrive here after 16:00 hours. And the couriers who actually just want to get rid of the product threw my merchandise at their neighbor's house, which to this day is still there because they can't take it to the real delivery address. Totally neglect.
