★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tirei três habilitações na ABC Ipanema, a primeira foi a 12 anos ,categoria B,a segunda foi a 4 anos ,categoria D, e agora esse ano ,tirei a categoria A.
Desde a primeira sempre foram profissionais ,uma empresa séria, sem dúvida não me arrependo de ter tirado lá.
Agora na última peguei uma instrutora maravilhosa ????,que faz seu trabalho com muito carinho, muito obrigada Flávia,e a auto escola ABC,por tornarem nossos sonhos em realidade ?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunicação péssima, não há nenhum telefone que eles atendem WhatsApp somente ate as 18hs, meu CFC teve que mudar o horário faz mais de 2 meses nem comecei ainda, e o pior que já paguei tudo. Tivesse zero daria zero. Esta a procura de uma auto escola? Vai na IDEAL, meu amigo começou no mesmo tempo q eu ele já está c a avaliação prática marcada. Eu nem o Cfc iniciei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou responsável financeira de um aluno, e diante da situação do covid-19 e trabalho não posso me deslocar para ir até a auto escola realizar o pagamento, foi passada a conta bancária para que eu pudesse então realizar os pagamentos, no dia 21/02/2021 foi feito um TED para a conta informada e enviado o comprovante, eles não verificaram na conta, e dia 19/04/2021 realizaram uma ligação para o telefone do meu esposo fazendo a cobrança do mês de Fevereiro alegando que não havia sido pago, foi puxado o extrato e enviado e hoje informaram que o pagamento caiu na conta, ( a verdade é que o dinheiro sempre esteve lá, foi falta de atenção da pessoa responsável em constar isso) então achou melhor fazer uma cobrança. Estou indignada com o despreparo desses "profissionais" e pela cobrança indevida que foi realizada, deveria levar o caso ao procon, porém não quero me estressar com isso, não recomendo esse lugar, os atendentes são péssimos pessoalmente e por telefone.
Uma auto escola que indico é a Marina, fiz minha CNH através deles, o atendimento é maravilhoso, os professores são excelentes, e estão sempre dispostos a resolver qualquer problema que seja, e sanar suas dúvidas.
I am financially responsible for a student, and given the situation of the covid-19 and work I cannot travel to go to the driving school to make the payment, the bank account was passed so I could then make the payments, on 02/21 / 2021 a TED was made for the informed account and sent the voucher, they did not verify it in the account, and on 04/19/2021 they made a call to my husband's phone making the charge for February claiming that it had not been paid , the statement was pulled and sent and today they reported that the payment was in the account, (the truth is that the money was always there, it was a lack of attention from the person responsible for stating it) so he thought it best to make a charge. I am outraged by the unpreparedness of these "professionals" and by the undue charge that was made, I should take the case to the procon, but I don't want to stress about it, I don't recommend this place, the attendants are terrible in person and over the phone.
A driving school I recommend is Marina, I did my CNH through them, the service is wonderful, the teachers are excellent, and are always willing to solve any problem, and answer your questions.

But they are to be congratulated, nice and thoughtful teachers, they teach well, I recommend it to everyone.
