 Note 0 terrible service, the employees are all in a bad mood, think they are doing us a favor, I don't know why there is a phone in this agency if no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma pergunta pra uma caixa, ela n deixou nem eu abrir a boca e foi logo mandando eu pegar a senha e isso que a agência estava vazia, a atendente estava com a cara feia parecia uma psicopata quando surta, lamentável esse lugar, tanta gente desempregada querendo um emprego e tem pessoas desse jeito trabalhando.
Funcionário de empresa pública é assim mesmo, pode trata às pessoas como bem entender porque sabem que não serão mandados embora ! Só lamento das pessoas que serão atendidas nessa droga !
I went to ask a box, she did not even let me open my mouth and it was soon sent me to get the password and that the agency was empty, the clerk was ugly looked like a psychopath when it fills, this place pitiful, so much unemployed people wanting a job and have people like that working.
Public company employee is anyway, can treat people as they please because they know they will not be sent away! I only regret the people who will be treated in this drug!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada dia pior! A encomenda chega rápido lá, só que não sai mais! Tenho encomenda parada lá há quase 1 mês e já tive encomenda que ficou 35 dia!! Isso é um absurdo! Como pode ser tão ruim, o CDD sto. amaro?? Aquilo ali é abandonado, sem comando.

Se tiver a oportunidade procurem outra agência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 dias pra liberar um pedido, é péssimo quando alguma encomenda passa por essa agência, parece que ficam segurando os pedidos, isso quando a encomenda não é violada "para fiscalização" se tiver urgência em receber esquece pq essa fiscalização demora uma vida.
5 days to release an order, it's terrible when some order goes through this agency, it seems they keep holding the orders, that's when the order is not violated "for inspection" if you have an urgency to receive forget it because this inspection takes a lifetime.
