★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei ligar, o telefone só chama e quando atendem, derrubam a ligação. Enviei mensagem pelo WhatsApp e não respondem. Mandei mensagem pelo site, não faço ideia se receberam. Colocam vários meios de comunicação mas nenhum funciona... Se não existe o interesse nem de atender o cliente que quer comprar, imagina se der algum problema? Deixa quieto isso aí...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de reclamar sobre a funcionária Fernanda, super grosseira, sem empatia alguma com seus clientes, que na maioria das vezes são pessoas necessitadas de empatia, paciência e cuidados especiais. Porém, fui muito bem atendida pela funcionária Danielle, que se sobressaiu o tempo todo, com muita educação e empatia comigo e meu avô.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é possível fazer contato com nenhum dos canais que a empresa informa. Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp o atendente visualizou e nem respondeu. Se precisarem alugar algum equipamento recomendo a ALUGAMED, procurem pelo atendente Gabriel, gentil e muito rápido nas nas informações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa empresa, empresa totalmente irresponsável, descaso total com o cliente! Fizemos a cotação de um produto com posterior pedido para revender a mercadoria, o pagamento foi antecipado por transferência, ficamos em média 3 meses aguardando a mercadoria e nada de chegar, toda vez que entrávamos em contato tinham uma nova desculpa e nos informavam que estava chegando, mas nunca chegou. Depois de tanta espera solicitamos o estorno do valor de R$ 1.167,00 e disseram que seria feita em até 7 dias, aguardamos o prazo e mais uma vez a empresa não cumpriu com o prazo. Ainda estamos aguardando a devolução, não daria nenhuma estrela mas não tem como postar se não for marcado.
Bad experience with this company, totally irresponsible company, total neglect with the customer! We made a quotation for a product with a subsequent order to resell the goods, the payment was made in advance by transfer, we spent an average of 3 months waiting for the goods and nothing to arrive, every time we got in touch they had a new excuse and informed us that it was coming , but it never arrived. After so much waiting, we asked for a refund of R $ 1,167.00 and said it would be done within 7 days, we waited for the deadline and once again the company did not meet the deadline. We are still waiting for the return, it would not give any stars but there is no way to post if it is not marked.
