The gym has a large space, a good amount and variety of equipment and equipment for bodybuilding, but both are old, lacking investment in new equipment. Clean space and good professionals.

More than a year training at this gym, a second home for me. Cozy environment. Appliances not so new, but functional.

Um bom lugar para construir novas amizades, mas as máquinas são antigas e muito das vezes estão em manutenção, outras estão com alguns detalhes quebrados ( como os botões da esteira). Uma dica seria investir em equipamentos.
Attentive and highly educated teachers. Super friendly attendant... A good place to build new friendships, but the machines are old and are often under maintenance, others have some broken details (like the treadmill buttons). One tip would be to invest in equipment.
