★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente vou entrar no PROCON e acionar os meios jurídicos necessários. A empresa dificulta o cancelamento. Procurem no ReclameAqui e verão que não fui a única. Fácil para matricular, dificílimo para cancelar. Lamentável.

Nunca vi isso!!! Atendimento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se está lendo esse comentário e não quer sofrer, passe longe dessa academia. A administração é feita por pessoas que se aproveitam dos alunos e tiram vantagem de tudo.
Eles precisam me devolver um dinheiro gigante por cancelamento e por pura MÁ FÉ, não fizeram ainda. A Meire uma funcionária deles é a pior de todas que eu conheci na vida! Ela te promete uma coisa por telefone, mas depois te manda um e-mail aleatório pedindo seus dados e se você não vê simplesmente não pagam... Eu fui achar o e-mail dela meses depois para me pagarem, ela manda uma mensagem bem aleatória pedindo os dados, sendo que eu liguei várias vezes na academia. Ou seja, queria mesmo dar um perdido. Acredito que quando a administração trabalha com falta de caráter, imagina o resto da empresa ... Eu ia voltar para a academia em Janeiro, mas depois desse comportamento quero ficar longe.
PASSEM LONGE DESSE LUGAR!!! ADMINISTRAÇÃO TERRÍVEL E FOCADA EM TIRAR VANTAGEM DAS PESSOAS!!!
Eles deveriam começar a pagar em Julho, então agora em Dezembro o pagamento seria retroativo, certo? Não!!! A falha de caráter é tanta que eles se aproveitaram disso para começar a pagar agora... então serão 12 longos meses para ter meu dinheiro de volta.
FALHA DE CARÁTER, FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO, FALTA DE EMPATIA TUDO GERADO POR UMA GESTÃO APROVEITADORA E DESLEAL!!!

They need to give me back a giant buck for cancellation and out of sheer BAD FAITH, they haven't done it yet. Meire, an employee of theirs, is the worst of all I've met in my life! She promises you something over the phone, but then sends you a random email asking for your details and if you don't see it just don't pay... I went to find her email months later to pay me, she sends a message well random asking for the data, and I called several times at the gym. In other words, I really wanted to go astray. I believe that when the administration works with a lack of character, imagine the rest of the company... I was going to go back to the academy in January, but after this behavior I want to stay away.
PASS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION FOCUSED ON TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!
They were supposed to start paying in July, so now in December the payment would be retroactive, right? No!!! The character flaw is such that they took advantage of it to start paying now... so it will be 12 long months to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como relatos daqui estou tendo problema de cancelamento há tempos, concordo totalmente que é uma academia que age de MÁ FÉ! Estão me devendo um grande quantia em dinheiro e agem como se nada estivesse acontecendo.
Me enganaram, falando de uma lei que nem valia mais e agora não me pagam.
Reitero: PASSEM LONGE DESSE LUGAR!
As reports from here, I've been having a cancellation problem for a long time, I totally agree that it's a gym that acts in BAD FAITH! They owe me a large sum of money and act as if nothing is happening.
They tricked me, talking about a law that wasn't even worth more and now they don't pay me.

Desorganização total nas aulas, com corredores lotados impossibilitando a entrada e saída das pessoas das piscinas e causando aglomeração, isso que as aulas sempre começam atrasadas e terminam adiantadas, entregando menos do que vendem. Uma vez tomei um tombo na escada de acesso à piscina, escorregadia e sem lixa no chão. Estava com minha filha no colo e por pouco não acontece um desastre. Contei com a ajuda de outros pais para me levantar e me recompor. Chuveiros que não funcionam, banheiros imundos. Nos últimos meses aumentaram a quantidade de professores, que tentam dar o seu melhor, mas a evolução dos alunos é ínfima.
Para piorar, há quase um mês tentando cancelar e tentam jogar para o cliente problemas administrativos e de fluxo de caixa deles próprios, dando uma "excelente opção" de começar a ressarcir somente depois de cair a ultima parcela (estamos na terceira de doze). Ao pedir alternativas e explicações, simplesmente somem e deixam de responder e-mails, e quando o fazem fica um jogo de empurra. Respondem no último segundo pedindo mais prazo, sem nunca termos uma solução.
PASSEM LONGE DESTE LOCAL. Mil facilidades para entrar, TODAS as dificuldades para sair, lesando o cliente.

Total disorganization in classes, with crowded corridors making it impossible for people to enter and exit the pools and causing crowding, which is why classes always start late and end early, delivering less than they sell. I once took a fall on the pool access ladder, slippery and without sandpaper on the floor. I had my daughter on my lap and a disaster almost happened. I enlisted the help of other parents to get me up and composing myself. Showers that don't work, filthy bathrooms. In recent months, the number of teachers has increased, trying to do their best, but the evolution of students is negligible.
To make matters worse, they have been trying to cancel for almost a month and they try to throw administrative and cash flow problems on their own, giving an "excellent option" to start reimbursement only after the last installment falls (we are in the third of twelve). When asking for alternatives and explanations, they simply disappear and stop responding to emails, and when they do, it's a game of pushing. They respond at the last second asking for more time, without ever having a solution.
PASS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. A thousand facilities to get in, ALL the difficulties to get out, harming the customer.
