O ambiente menor é mais convidativo e agradável, as amizades que fiz levarei pro resto da vida, o professor está sempre perto e atento, o grupo está sempre junto e se incentinvando, e as aulas de funcional são convidativas por serem somente 30 minutos por dia. E sou prova viva que funcionam e melhoram 100% seu condicionamento físico!! Eu treino Actus!!!
I never thought I would feel like going to the gym sometime in my life, until I met Actus. The smaller environment is more inviting and pleasant, the friendships I've made will last for a lifetime, the teacher is always close and attentive, the group is always together and encouraging, and the functional classes are inviting because they are only 30 minutes a day . And I am living proof that they work and improve your fitness 100% !! I train Actus !!!

O clima é totalmente familiar, o que te faz sentir prazer em ir treinar. O Sérgio é um ótimo profissional, sempre preocupado com individualidade de cada aluno. Recomendo!
Actus is different from all the gyms that I have visited before. People are welcoming, they encourage you and you feel at home. The climate is totally familiar, which makes you feel happy to go training. Sérgio is a great professional, always concerned with the individuality of each student. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! O meu diagnóstico até chegar na Actus era cirúrgico! E colocar 3 pinos nos meus ombros, porque o rompimento havia acontecido e eu com muito medo. Meu marido(Ruthembergue ), me falou, pega tds os seus exames e leva para o Sergio, dar uma olhada. Chegando lá ele me olhou contei minha história, ele me olhou meio assustado com td que conversamos. Mas pediu pra eu deixar tds os exames, e que logo me daria uma resposta , mas passa uma semana e nada e dor muito horrível, meu médico pressionando pra cirurgia inclusive o fisioterapeuta. Eu com as esperanças zero. E voltei a conversar com Sergio, ansiosa, ele me disse SE VC FIZER TD COMO EU MANDAR VC NÃO FAZ CIRURGIA! E ESTOU AQUI DESDE AQUELA ÉPOCA ACHO QUE 8 ANOS SEM CIRURGIA! Eu só tenho que agradecer ao meu mestre td que faz por mim. Gratidão é a palavra correta.

But he asked me to leave all the exams, and that he would give me an answer soon, but a week goes by and nothing and very horrible pain, my doctor pressing for surgery, including the physical therapist. Me with zero hopes. And I talked to Sergio again, anxious, he told me IF YOU DO EVERYTHING LIKE I TELL YOU, YOU DON'T DO SURGERY! AND I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE THAT TIME I THINK 8 YEARS WITHOUT SURGERY! I just have to thank my master for everything he does for me. Gratitude is the correct word.
