★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluna a anos e fiquei muito decepcionada com o retorno em relação a renovação do plano. Fui informada na recepção que o plano anual teve reajuste um reajuste de 35%. Perguntei sobre o plano semestral, informaram que seria 6 de 60 porém quando fui fechar, informaram que teria juros esse valor parcelado no cartão, ou seja passaram uma informação e a realidade era outra, perguntei se pagando a vista teria desconto? Responderam que não... Então respondi não tem acordo então? e a resposta final foi ... Agradecemos pelo tempo que passou conosco! Totalmente decepcionada pelo pouco caso.
A student for years and I was very disappointed with the feedback regarding the renewal of the plan. I was informed at reception that the annual plan had a 35% readjustment. I asked about the half-year plan, they said it would be 6 out of 60, but when I went to close, they informed me that this amount would be paid in installments on the card, that is, they gave information and the reality was different, I asked if paying in cash would have a discount? They answered no... So I answered no agreement then? and the final answer was... Thank you for your time with us! Totally disappointed by the little case.
