★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem uma excelente estrutura e aparelhagem moderna, sendo inversamente proporcional o atendimento do SAC.
Cancelei meu plano em 09/08/2021 e até o momento não tive estorno do valor devido.
Entrei em contato várias vezes com o SAC e até o momento não tive resposta. Pedi o telefone da academia e o SAC informa que não tem o telefone ( ????). Se for considerar o serviço de atendimento pós venda, sugiro não procurar a academia! Infelizmente.
E alguém da academia pode me dar uma resposta concreta sobre a minha solicitação?

I canceled my plan on 08/09/2021 and so far I have not had a refund of the amount due.
I contacted customer service several times and so far I have not had a response. I asked for the gym's phone number and the SAC informs that it doesn't have the phone number ( ????). If you are considering after-sales service, I suggest not looking for the gym! Unfortunately.
And can someone from the academy give me a concrete answer about my request?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia em si é muito boa, excelente estrutura, o problema é que os instrutores ou ficam na recepção ou no andar de cima, não dando suporte para quem precisa no andar de baixo. Muitas vezes você pede um auxílio, eles ajudam e assim que terminam ja sobem, sem nem perguntar se precisa de mais apoio.
The gym itself is very good, excellent structure, the problem is that the instructors are either at the reception or upstairs, not giving support to those who need it downstairs. Many times you ask for help, they help and as soon as they finish they go up, without even asking if you need more support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSSSIIIMAAAAA experiência!!!! Efetuei o cancelamento da minha matrícula dia 17/01 e cobraram no meu cartao 17/02 e 17/03!!! Estou tendo muita dificuldade no reembolso . Descaso total com o cliente. Irei tomar todas medidas cabíveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase todos os dias vou pra Pratique cuidar da minha saúde. Profissionais bem preparados para me atender. O meu plano permite que eu frequente, além da unidade perto da minha casa, qualquer unidade da Pratique em BH. O mais legal é que meu treino fica disponível no meu celular, através do app da academia. Exame de biopedância de 40 em 40 dias para troca do treino e acompanhamento da sua evolução. Enfim, eu recomendo.
Almost every day I go to Practice taking care of my health. Professionals well prepared to serve me. My plan allows me to attend, in addition to the unit near my house, any Pratique unit in BH. The coolest thing is that my workout is available on my cell phone, through the gym app. Biopedance exam every 40 days to change training and monitor your evolution. Anyway, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ponto forte dessa academia são os instrutores que estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. O problema dessa unidade é o tamanho. Nos horários de pico fica bem cheio e as vezes acontece de ter 3 pessoas revezando no mesmo equipamento.
The strength of this academy is the instructors who are always willing to help. The problem with this unit is the size. At peak times it gets very crowded and sometimes there are 3 people taking turns on the same equipment.
