★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamentos Modernos, tudo muito bem distribuído no espaço físico para manter o conforto de quem se exercita. O prédio da academia foi pensado, projetado e construído para ser uma academia, e não adaptada de uma obra pré-existente. Com toda funcionalidade, dispondo para os frequentadores de: Garagem coberta e com seguranças, elevador para cadeirantes, banheiros amplos, armários individualizados etc. Por fim, o.material humano que abraça todo aquele que chega. Personal Trainners qualificados e solícitos.Sempre atenciosos com a execução correta do exercício, mesmo quando não são chamados. No meu caso Rafael e Manuela, que estão lá no meu horário de treino. Mas, acredito que os outros profissionais sigam a mesma linha. Concluo observando que essa unidade tem um ar de academia "Pra Toda Família".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo em relação a quantidade e a qualidade de equipamentos, sendo uma das mais modernas, porém está sempre lotada, e geralmente tem muitos adolescentes que ocupam os equipamentos e não saem nunca. Também há poucos professores comparado a quantidade de pessoas para eles instruírem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Começando pelo desrespeito da pessoa do estacionamento. Na recepção também me trataram mal. A unidade é uma vergonha para a rede da Smart Fit. Fecham a unidade antes do horário da rede. A franquia deveria fechar essa unidade p não queimar o nome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma estrutura boa, os equipamentos são no padrão Smart Fit, o mesmo que tem em todas as academias. Um diferencial é que no horário depois das 21h fica mais vazio. Mas acredito que a atenção dos profissionais deixa um pouco a desejar. O pessoal da Smart Fit localizado em Piedade são bem mais atenciosos.
It has a good structure, the equipment is in the Smart Fit standard, the same as in all gyms. A differential is that at the time after 21h it is more empty. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das academias do bairro, possui a melhor disposição dos equipamentos. O 1o andar concentra as máquinas de musculação. No seu 2o andar, conta com uma boa quantidade de aparelhos para exercícios aeróbicos. No quesito temperatura ela também satisfaz. Já quanto aos professores, embora muito demandados, são atenciosos. Possuem uma boa quantidade de vagas de estacionamento.

Of the gyms in the neighborhood, it has the best arrangement of equipment. The 1st floor concentrates the weight training machines. On its 2nd floor, it has a good amount of equipment for aerobic exercises. In terms of temperature it also satisfies. As for the teachers, although in great demand, they are attentive. They have a good amount of parking spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia de otima qualidade, maquinário de primeira, acabamento, iluminação, ou seja academia TOP. Porémmmm o que é super desagradável nessa academia é o comportamento de certos alunos (uma boa parte) que se comportam como se tivessem numa academia de subúrbio. Esses infelizes usam os equipamentos de forma destrutiva soltam os pesos no chão de uma altura que pode machucar alguém; nas máquinas de perna e no crossover eles soltam os pesos sem cuidado algum fazendo barulhos que chegam a assustar, o que impressiona é que ninguém faz nada. Duas vezes fui reclamar com uma professora e na segunda vez ela me disse que já passou o caso para a gerência e que eles quem pode tomar providências, pois até foi chingada de “rapariga safada” por um aluno que ela foi reclamar. Ela Disse também que até ameaça recebeu de um certo aluno. Isso não acontece na unidade de Olinda, onde os professores já “adestrou “ os alunos a se comportarem como devem dentro de uma academia de ginástica.
Top quality gym, first class machinery, finishing, lighting, that is TOP gym. However, what is super unpleasant about this gym is the behavior of certain students (a good part) who behave as if they had a suburban gym. These unfortunates use the equipment in a destructive way, drop the weights on the floor from a height that could hurt someone; in the leg machines and in the crossover they drop the weights without any care making noises that come to scare, what is impressive is that no one does anything. Twice I complained to a teacher and the second time she told me that she had already passed the case on to the management and that they could take action, as she was even called a “naughty girl” by a student she went to complain. She also said that she even received threats from a certain student. This does not happen at the Olinda unit, where teachers have already “trained” students to behave as they should inside a gym.
