★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o espaço, atendimento e o preço, mas acho que poderiam melhorar no alinhamento e disposição dos maquinários, do espaço interno, abolir algumas práticas como: emissão de ficha de treino em papel, uso de copo descartável, pano de higienização dos equipamentos. No mais é uma boa academia, gosto muito de malhar lá. ❤
The space, service and price are very good, but I think they could improve the alignment and arrangement of the machinery, the internal space, abolish some practices such as: issuing a training card on paper, using a disposable cup, cleaning the equipment. Great gym, excellent equipment, classes at good times and wonderful and attentive teachers, especially Vitor. However, the bike room is in urgent need of a makeover! It would be nice if they returned with the cafeteria too!

Fui à procura de uma aula experimental e eles concedem até 3 aulas para vc formalizar sua decisão.
A primeira impressão foi que a sala de ginástica não decepcionou, bem grande e muito limpa, toda vez que termina uma aula tem uma pessoa limpando o chão da sala.
Além disso, a academia disponibiliza álcool em gel para cada aluno limpar seus equipamentos.
As anilhas são novas e tem bastantes. A aula é completa, inclusive finalizam até com o alongamento, pois muitas academias que promovem o Body Pump não fazem alongamento no final, o qual é muito importante para o corpo!
Para quem gosta de musculação o maquinário é bem estruturado e novo.
A recepção muito atenciosa, a Thaís foi quem me atendeu por telefone foi muito receptiva!
Com certeza indico essa academia!

I went looking for an experimental class and they give up to 3 classes for you to formalize your decision.

In addition, the gym provides gel alcohol for each student to clean their equipment.
The washers are new and have a lot. The class is complete, they even end with stretching, because many gyms that promote the Body Pump do not do stretching at the end, which is very important for the body!
For those who like bodybuilding, the machinery is well structured and new.
The reception was very attentive, Thais was the one who answered the phone and was very receptive!
I definitely recommend this gym!
