★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura ruim, sempre com diversos aparelhos quebrados/em manutenção. Tem professoras excelentes como a Dê do spinning e a Priscila da dança, que fazem valer a pena a matrícula. Deveriam investir em aparelhos novos e mais horários e variedades de aulas aeróbicas.
Bad structure, always with several broken/under maintenance devices. It has excellent teachers such as the Spinning Dancer and the Dance Priscila, who make it worth your while to enroll. They should invest in new equipment and more schedules and varieties of aerobic classes.

Good gym, but a little small and with that it was full when I went, but a good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei esse mês depois de mais de um ano e meio sem malhar por conta da pandemia. A única coisa que realmente é boa são as aulas coletivas como o pilates suspenso e o de parede. Em 15 dias dias já vi aparelhos quebrados (como o transport), já levei um CHOQUE na esteira, não estão ligando os aparelhos de ar condicionado alegando pandemia, mas a academia inteira conta com apenas 5 ventiladores de parede que não dão conta! As janelas abertas não são paralelas e o ar NÃO CIRCULA! O calor é INSUPORTÁVEL, os equipamentos defasados (alguns enferrujados), halteres mal cuidados e hoje faltou toalha de papel na academia inteira (até nos banheiros) prejudicando a higiene em plena pandemia! Estou considerando seriamente em não continuar aqui. Só não sai ainda pq já paguei o mês e pq gosto muito das aulas coletivas, pois a parte de musculação, aeróbico e alongamento deixam demais à desejar!
I started this month after more than a year and a half without working out because of the pandemic. The only thing that is really good are group classes like suspended pilates and wall pilates. In 15 days I've seen broken appliances (such as transport), I've had a SHOCK on the treadmill, the air conditioners aren't turning on alleging pandemic, but the entire gym has only 5 wall fans that can't handle it! Open windows are not parallel and air DOES NOT CIRCLE! The heat is UNBEARABLE, the equipment is out of date (some are rusty), dumbbells are poorly maintained and today there was a lack of paper towels in the entire gym (even in the bathrooms) damaging hygiene in the middle of a pandemic! I am seriously considering not continuing here. It just doesn't come out yet because I've already paid for the month and because I really like the group classes, because the weight training, aerobics and stretching part leave too much to be desired!

I really like this gym because it has pilates included in the price and doesn't charge a membership fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltam espelhos para poder visualizar se estamos realizando os exercícios de maneira correta (os poucos que têm ainda são obstruídos por "papeis" com avisos).... Além de parecer que os donos da academia pararam no tempo - não aceitam pagamentos por cartões de débito, crédito, pix ou transferência bancária.... dificultando bastante a vida das pessoas NORMAIS que não têm tempo para sacar dinheiro físico (quem usa isso hj em dia???)....
There are no mirrors to be able to see if we are performing the exercises correctly (the few that have are still obstructed by "papers" with notices). debit, credit, pix or bank transfer.... making life very difficult for NORMAL people who don't have time to withdraw physical money (who uses that nowadays???)....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale o preço. Mas o ar não dá conta e pro menos a noite fica bem cheinha. Profissionais que trabalham são ótimos, uma ótima avaliação física e equipamentos são conservados.
Worth the Price. But the air can't handle it and at least the night gets pretty full. Professionals who work are great, a great physical assessment and equipment are maintained.
