★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possui equipamentos modernos, bem conservados. Não fica lotada em horário de pico, podendo malhar quase sempre sem ter a necessidade de revezamento. Os professores são orientados a não deixarem os alunos nas salas sozinhos, o que traz segurança ao ambiente. Possui 2 salões nos andares superiores onde acontecem aulas diferenciadas.
 It has modern, well-maintained equipment. It is not crowded during peak hours, and can almost always work out without having to take turns. Teachers are instructed not to leave students in class alone, which brings security to the environment. It has 2 lounges on the upper floors where different classes take place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ruim, nem boa.. é um quebra galho. A academia é pequena , com aparelhos velhos e pouca manutenção. Além disso, a limpeza também não é ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço da musculação é pequeno, porém os aparelhos são novos. O professor Marcelo que fica no turno da manhã é excelente.
A gestão da academia deixa muito à desejar. A recepcionista dificilmente chega às 6:00. Por duas vezes fiquei mais de 10 minutos ao lado de fora aguardando para entrar. Em uma delas, inclusive, desisti e fui embora. Não estão funcionando aos sábados. Álcool e papel toalha não ficam um ao lado do outro. Os kettlebells não possuem identificação de peso, é preciso adivinhar.
The bodybuilding space is small, but the devices are new. Professor Marcelo who is on the morning shift is excellent.
The management of the academy leaves much to be desired. The receptionist hardly arrives at 6:00. Twice I spent more than 10 minutes outside waiting to enter. In one, I even gave up and left. They are not open on Saturdays. Alcohol and paper towels are not next to each other. Kettlebells have no weight identification, you have to guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da boa localização, ótimos professores a academia não tem outro ponto positivo. A Insuportavelmente quente, as janelas abertas, os poucos ventiladores não dão conta, apenas ajudam a sugar a poeira externa pra dentro do ambiente, dificultando o trabalho de quem limpa, é enxugar gelo, poucos relógios de parede, qd funcionam, os colchonetes ficam no chão no piso térreo, uns sobre os outros, ficam imundos pq deveriam estar em prateleiras. As papeleiras e lixeiras ficam tão distantes que aí voltar delas vc já esqueceu em qual aparelho estava, é quase preciso pegar um ônibus. Os borrifadores de álcool são poucos e não atende a Fernanda... Moro a200m, por motivo é que frequento.

Poderia ter armários pra guardar volume.
Professor atencioso.
I liked it, new equipment, I just thought that to perform some exercises outside the equipment, it lacks a little space.
Could have closets to store volume.
Attentive teacher.
