★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia: limpa, organizada, bons equipamentos, professores como em todas as academias (bons mas dispersos). O financeiro da academia é da década de 20 (não aceitam cartão!) e o preço não compensa, pois a grade de horários é mal distribuída e com isso, quem trabalha o dia todo não pode fazer muitas aulas que só tem de manhã ou o meio da tarde. Precisa de uma modernização e um choque de gestão.
 Good gym: clean, organized, good equipment, teachers as in all gyms (good but dispersed). The academy's financier is from the 20's (they don't accept cards!) And the price doesn't pay, because the timetable is poorly distributed and with that, those who work all day cannot take many classes that only have in the morning or the middle of the afternoon. It needs modernization and a management shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura do pilates é boa. Mas os profissionais dispersos e sem interesse no cliente, além de muito caro. Parece mais um centro de negócios. querem vender a preços caros mas não tem foco no bem estar do cliente. A natação não tem orientação, mandam você nadar e pronto.
Pilates structure is good. But the dispersed professionals and without interest in the client, besides being very expensive. It looks more like a business center. they want to sell at expensive prices but have no focus on the customer's well-being. Swimming has no orientation, they tell you to swim and that's it.

Sou muito grata por ter uma professora que está sempre atenta as minhas limitações, mas que ao mesmo tempo sempre me puxa para a evolução.
