★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Só treina lá quem não tem outra opção. A noite quem treina lá não tem auxílio nenhum. É ruim para estacionar e dentro da academia é muito quente, quando chove molha dentro da academia aí não dá para usar alguns aparelhos. E os instrutores não ensinam nada
I do not recommend. Only train there who has no other choice. The night who trains there does not have any help. It is bad to park and inside the gym is very hot, when it rains water inside the gym there is not able to use some appliances. And the instructors teach nothing.

Great service and cozy place. They could invest a little more in infrastructure, equipment and monitoring with new members who are not familiar with physical exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não curti muito porque o professor de dança faz tipo uma panela com algumas pessoas ,ele não é simpático não interage com as pessoas e nem chama pra participar das aula dele,por isso não gostei muito dessa academia os professores de musculação eu gostei mais do professor de manhã o professor que da aula a noite anos ou menos
I didn't like it very much because the dance teacher makes a pot with some people, he is not friendly he does not interact with people and he does not even call to participate in his classes, so I didn’t like this gym much the bodybuilding teachers I liked the teacher more in the morning the teacher who teaches the class for years or less
