★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um excelente atendimento de duas funcionárias muito solicitas e prontas para me oferecer o que eu procurava. Solicitei um papel de presente menor que o da embalagem do presente que adquiri pois era de tema infantil, aí então apareceu um cara dando esporro na funcionária que estava fazendo o que eu havia solicitado. Infelizmente queimou minha ótima impressão. Cara ignorante e arrogante, precisa perguntar o que acontece antes de qualquer coisa e, ainda assim, passar instruções de forma a orientar a funcionária e sem ignorância e de forma reservada, não como foi na frente dos clientes. Pelas atendentes, recomendo a loja, pelo cara passem longe.
I had an excellent service from two very solicitous employees ready to offer me what I was looking for. I asked for a wrapping paper smaller than the one on the gift wrap I bought because it was a children's theme, then a guy appeared scolding the employee who was doing what I had asked for. Unfortunately it burned my great impression. Ignorant and arrogant guy, he needs to ask what happens before anything else and still give instructions in order to guide the employee and without ignorance and in a reserved way, not like it was in front of customers. For the attendants, I recommend the store, for the guy, go far.

Empresa lixo, Funcionarios despreparados !
Fui ate a loja hj dia15 as 20:00 hs na juliana modas da nordestina com minha filha de 12 anos comprar um presente, enquanto eu procurava alguma coisa minha filha como qualquer outra criança curiosa pegou um potinho de slime pra brincar logo em seguida deixou na prateleira e na hora que eu estava no caixa uma funcionaria veio abordar minha filha sem minha concepção pois estava desconfiando dela ,perguntou aonde minha filha havia deixado o slimy e fez ela mostrar, sem ter me perguntado em nenhum momento, minha filha foi mostrar pra ela onde havia deixado , quando questionei q minha filha graças a Deus não precisa roubar ,ela me falou q uma outra cliente queria levar detalhe n tinha mais ninguem na loja e ainda colocou no balcão , fica aqui minha indignação não entro mais nessa loja e não indico a ninguém ( minha filha ficou muito sem graça e no carro ainda me disse mãe so estava olhando e ela pensou q estava roubando ) q odiooooo

Junk Company, Unprepared Employees!
I went to the store hj day15 at 20:00 hrs in juliana fashions of the northeastern with my 12 year old daughter buy a gift, while I was looking for something my daughter like any other curious child took a pot of slime to play right after left shelf and when I was at the cashier one would work came to approach my daughter without my conception because I was distrusting her, asked where my daughter had left slimy and made her show, without having asked me at any time, my daughter went to show her where I left, when I questioned that my daughter thank God does not need to steal, she told me that another customer wanted to take detail n had no one else in the store and still put on the counter, here is my indignation I do not enter this store and do not indicate no one (my daughter was very embarrassed and in the car still told me mom was just looking and she thought she was stealing) q odiooooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOMOS ROUBADOS, tivemos uma infeliz experiência graças a essa loja, minha mãe comprou ai dia 01/05 e a moça que atendeu ela teve um comportamento muito estranho na hora de passar o cartão, pegou o cartão e a maquininha, levou pra de baixo do balcão e demorou um tempo antes de devolver pra por a senha, pois a noite no mesmo dia usaram o cartão dela pra fazer a festa, chamaram carro de aplicativo da 99 diversas vezes, e também usaram no aplicativo de entregas Rappi, tentaram fazer compra no mercado livre, onde eu descobri que estavam usando o cartão dela e verificamos todos os debitos, foram mais de 600 reais gastos. fizemos o B.O denunciando a loja.
