Eu estava na fila com minha mãe e havia apenas um caixa realizando atendimento, logo atras de nós chegou um grupo com 3 rapazes e uma moça onde um deles era funcionário do mercado e estava de folga.
Chamou uma outra funcionaria que estava sentada sem fazer nada e pediu a ela que abrisse a gaveta para atende-los, a mesma se dirigiu a um dos caixas realizou o atendimento do grupo, como ainda haviam algumas pessoas a nossa frente minha mãe me disse vamos para o outro caixa esta vazio logo a mesma respondeu a minha mãe estou fechando!
Ao final do atendimento solicitei a presença do gerente para realizar minha reclamação, o mesmo não se identificou e logo perguntou quem quer falar comigo este "CABRA".
Deixo aqui minha indignação, péssimo atendimento precisam aprender o que é etiqueta e bons modos!
Terrible attendance,
I was in line with my mother and there was only one cashier in attendance, just behind us came a group with 3 guys and a girl where one of them was a market employee and was off duty.
She called another employee who was sitting idle and asked her to open the drawer to answer them, she went to one of the boxes performed the care of the group, as there were still some people in front of me my mother told me let's go to the other box is empty soon the same answered my mother I'm closing!
At the end of the service I requested the presence of the manager to make my complaint, he did not identify himself and soon asked who wants to speak with me this "GOAT".
I leave here my indignation, lousy service they need to learn what is etiquette and good manners!
