★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falando da unidade do Litoral Plaza....Atendentes super educadas, mas MUITO MAL TREINADAS para os dias de movimento, eu só NÃO DOU 1 ESTRELA pq foram muito educadas. Se encher de gente, vc espera meia hora pra conseguir seu açaí. FALTA UMA BOA EXPLICAÇÃO DOS INGREDIENTES QUE SÃO ADICIONAIS E DA FORMA DE MONTAR. As duas vzs que fui foram péssimas. NÃO VOLTO MAIS
Speaking of the unity of Litoral Plaza .... Super polite but VERY BAD TRAINERS for the busy days, I just DON'T GIVE 1 STAR because they were very polite. If it fills with people, you wait half an hour to get your acai berry. A GOOD EXPLANATION OF ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS AND THE WAY OF ASSEMBLY IS MISSING. The two times I went were terrible. I won't be back anymore

Porém na última vez me decepcionei depois de um tempo sem ir devido a quarentena, o que eu mais gostava era o creme de leite em pó que virou um sorvete, está parecendo até sorvete de leite condensado, aumentou o preço e diminuiu a qualidade.
The service is excellent and the attendants are polite, whenever I went to the mall I bought one of 700ml. But the last time I was disappointed after a while without going due to quarantine, what I liked most was the powdered milk cream that turned into an ice cream, it even looks like condensed milk ice cream, increased the price and decreased the quality.
