Asking for ifood, I don’t know what happened was flavored with anything, anything less than açaí, and the color didn’t look either!

Terrible!! I made a request for Ifood and did not send a spoon. I called the store and they simply said there may have been an error and nothing they could do.

Eu era a única pessoa na fila e ainda assim fiquei quase 10 minutos esperando a atendente numa ligação para tirar meu pedido. Quando iniciei o pedido, entrou outra ligação e me deixou mais 2-3 minutos esperando. Ainda trocou o meu pedido e veio errado. Não recomendo.
The attendance of the employees was terrible. Complete disregard for the client. I was the only person in the queue and yet I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for the attendant on a call to take my order. When I started the order, another call came in and left me another 2-3 minutes waiting. You still changed my order and it came wrong. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa. Depois de comprar a atendente disse que saladas de frutas só em copos a partir de 500ml. Poucos ingredientes para acrescentar que não precisava pagar a mais como extra e faltava cupuaçu.
Misleading advertising. After buying the attendant said that fruit salads only in glasses from 500ml. Few ingredients to add that there was no need to pay extra as extra and cupuaçu was missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí estava muito mole e o zero açúcar acabou e não perceberam antes de vender. Tiveram que completar com o com açúcar. Não sai satisfeita e tive experiências melhores em outras lojas concept.
The acai berry was too soft and the sugar zero was over and they didn't realize it before selling it. They had to supplement with the sugar. Not satisfied and had better experiences in other concept stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fui nesse local a noite, bem tranquilo. Ao chegar, tem a disposição do cliente o gabarito com os diversos tamanhos de açaí e seus preços. Preparo rapido, bom açaí e ambiente com bonito layout.
I only went there at night, very quiet. When you arrive, you have at your disposal the feedback with the various sizes of acai and its prices. Fast preparation, good acai and environment with nice layout.
