★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um citroen ano passado, carro em excelente estado. ja tenho 17 meses rodando sem problemas. vendedor Rodrigo excelente, porem a minha insatisfacao foi com a parceria q a loja tem com o pessoal dispachante q faz a tranferencia do carro junto ao detran. Por conta da demora( ultrapassou o prazo de 30 dias)meu carro foi rebocado pq estava sem a placa nova. tive um prejuizo grande com o valor do reboque e tambem levei uma multa. eu fiquei com todo prejuizo. Nem a Unidos e nem a empresa despachante assumiu nada.
I bought a citroen last year, car in excellent condition. I'm already 17 months running smoothly. excellent seller Rodrigo, however my dissatisfaction was with the partnership q the store has with the dispatch staff q makes the transfer of the car next to the DMV. Because of the delay (over 30 days) my car was towed because it was without the new license plate. I had a big loss with the value of the trailer and I also got a fine. I took all the damage. Neither Unidos nor the shipping company took on anything.
