★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Onix com a vendedora Thais ela falou que o veículo estava todo revisado só que na verdade não estava, nem água no radiador tinha pastilha de freio no limite totalmente gasta, não trocaram óleo nem o filtro.
Comprei pastilha de freio com o meu dinheiro mandei as fotos da peça antiga e da nova diferença gritante
Paguei 110 reais enviei a notinha para a vendedora pelo watts e até agora nada estou esperando o retorno já tem 2 dias e nada resolve aí Thais .
Não levei o veículo na loja porque vi diversas reclamações na página de avaliação da loja referente a esse assunto.

I didn't take the vehicle to the store because I saw several complaints on the store's evaluation page regarding this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbm estou tendo uma experiência péssima , comprei um veículo pedi o cancelamento e devolução do veículo com dois dias de compra , vendedor alegando que era venda particular que não iria cancelar pq já gastou o dinheiro depois disse que o gerente da loja iria por o carro pra vender e quitar o veículo agora o vendedor nem responde mais , me vendeu uma ilusão de carro bom sem problemas
Mais quando fui pegar o carro ele passou por min o carro estava engasgando , veículo quando passava a terceiro perdia força e morria , carro estava bebendo mais que alcoólatra quando foge da reabilitação, resumindo cheio de problemas , vendedor ainda disse que só vou resolver na justiça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência com a loja, solicitei a devolução da minha entrada, fui informado que no início dessa semana ou seja segunda seria devolvido, hoje é quarta feira. Após a devolução irei redigir meu comentário, talvez eu não tive sorte e foi um mal entendido e as críticas aqui são criações de lojistas concorrentes ou realmente a empresa é horrível e as críticas são verdadeiras( a segunda opção é verdadeira, a empresa é horrivel e as críticas são genuínas, não pague pra ver, pois talvez não veja mais o seu dinheiro por um bom tempo). Amanhã posto o resto da novela que se arrasta desde o dia 17 de Setembro, hoje são 20 de Outubro.
Em tempo...no dia 22 de Outubro foi me devolvido uma grande parte, mas ficou faltando quase 900 reais ainda, ao entrar em contato com a loja a informação dada por todos que me atenderam foi que eu tinha que resolver com o vendedor e não é problema da loja, o vendedor informou que não tem mais o dinheiro pois era comissão e já gastou. Hoje dia 3 de Novembro, estou no aguardo dele me pagar ainda e irei atualizando aqui.
Não estou citando nomes dos vendedores para evitar exposição dos mesmos, mas para quem quiser negociar com a loja um veículo esse é o profissionalismo e estou resumindo e omitindo muita coisa que ouvi da loja.

Tomorrow I will post the rest of the soap opera that has been going on since the 17th of September, today is the 20th of October.
In time... on October 22, a large part was returned to me, but almost 900 reais were still missing, when I contacted the store, the information given by everyone who attended me was that I had to settle with the seller and it's not the store's problem, the seller said he doesn't have the money anymore because it was a commission and he already spent it. Today, November 3rd, I'm waiting for him to pay me and I'll be updating it here.
I'm not mentioning sellers' names to avoid exposing them, but for those who want to negotiate a vehicle with the store, this is professionalism and I'm summarizing and omitting a lot of what I heard from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel. Fui e ainda estou sendo enganado do inicio ao fim. Meu carro ja foi faturado ha 18 dias e até agora não me entregaram o carro. Estão alegando q o motor esta na retifica fazendo, ou seja venderam um carro com o motor batido. Ja me deram mais de 5 prazos p entrega e até agora nada. Não me atendem nas ligações e ainda estão fazendo pouco caso da situação. Empresa lixo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO CAIA NESSA CILADA! Não faça negócio com gnt q age com má fé. Compramos um Renault Sandero prata Placa QOF 8E48 18/19 dia 01/06/22. Em 2 dias começou a vazar óleo e ficar sem força motor. Voltamos até a loja para desfazer o negócio dia 03/06/22. Fomos extremamente mal atendidos, e o gerente disse que a garantia dos carros "era ele" (!!) e que não iria desfazer o negócio. Desde o dia 06/06/22 estão com o carro para "darem um jeitinho" cm foi falado. Nota importante: eles não protocolam nada, não assinam documentos, não tem transparência, lisura nas negociações. Loja de picaretas. Fujam dessa emboscada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então tive uma experiência bem recente,comprei um carro nessa agência,e foi passado que o carro foi feita a revisão,carro começou a me dar defeito e vi que nem óleo hidráulico tinha,água de radiador tbm não,levei lá e condenei um monte de peça que tinha que ser trocado,algumas que fazia parte do motor o mecânico ficou com meu carro mas de 2 semanas me enrolou e não trocou nada,só que perguntei a agência eles disseram que tinha mexido,até então nada foi feito,fiquei em um vai e volta sem fim,vendedor me deu suporte inclusive conhecido meu,mas nada foi resolvido da maneira que eu esperava,gastei muito dinheiro só indo e voltando uma agonia sem fim,não conseguia falar com nenhum deles se não fosse direto na agência, absurdo total!
Não compre carro aí pq pode ter certeza que vai passar por tudo isso que falei e os comentários de outras pessoas são reais se eu soubesse tinha olhado aqui bem antes de comprar!
Sem contar também se eu deixo o carro lá seria mas um mês para mexer e mas uma vez seria enrolado desse mesmo jeito que muita gente foi!!

So I had a very recent experience, I bought a car at this agency, and it was passed that the car was overhauled, the car started to give me a defect and I saw that I didn't even have hydraulic oil, no radiator water either, I took it there and condemned a lot parts that had to be changed, some that were part of the engine, the mechanic kept my car but after 2 weeks he rolled me up and didn't change anything, I just asked the agency they said they had moved, so far nothing was done, I stayed in an endless back and forth, salesperson supported me, including my acquaintance, but nothing was resolved the way I expected, I spent a lot of money just going back and forth an endless agony, I couldn't talk to any of them if I didn't go directly to the agency, total nonsense!
Don't buy a car there because you can be sure you will go through everything I said and other people's comments are real if I knew I would have looked here before buying!
Not to mention also if I leave the car there, it would be more than a month to move and but once it would be rolled up in the same way that a lot of people did!!
