★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã fez os convites com eles pra festa de 15 anos. Mas devido a pandemia a festa foi cancelada e os convites ficaram como crédito. Ela então iria me dar de presente, mas quando entrei em contato não me responderam, so responderam quando minha irmã tentou entrar em contato, da mandava mensagem tentando marcar pra ir fazer orçamento mas nunca me passavam o endereço, ate que por fim mandaram msg dizendo que devido a pandemia não estavam fazendo novos contratos. Foi super anti professional de não me responder e ir adiando as respostas, poderiam ter falado desde o início.
My sister made them the 15th birthday party invitations. But due to the pandemic the party was canceled and the invitations were left as credit. She would then give it to me as a gift, but when I got in touch they didn't reply, they only replied when my sister tried to get in touch, she texted me trying to make an appointment but they never gave me the address, until they finally sent a msg saying that due to the pandemic they were not making new contracts. It was super unprofessional not to answer me and put off the answers, they could have talked from the beginning.
