★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito cheia, atendimento precário em tempos de pandemia. Gosto muito da loja, mas me decepcionei nas últimas vezes que fui. Havia muitas clientes, vendedoras... Uma confusão. Uma loja que costumava prestar um excelente atendimento agora parece um estabelecimento de Madureira.
Very crowded store, poor service in times of pandemic. I really like the store, but I was disappointed the last few times I went. There were many customers, salespeople ... A mess. A store that used to provide excellent service now looks like a Madureira establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje na loja do Barra shopping (05/01/21), loja com aparência de abandonada, desarrumada, poucas variedades expostas. Entrei na loja e eu que tive procurar por atendimento, mesmo a loja estando vazia de clientes, quando fui atendida não tinha o vestido, que era da nova coleção. Péssimo atendimento e loja com uma aparência não atraente. Na semana passada estive na loja do Park shopping, muito melhor, tanto atendimento quanto as roupas expostas.
Today I went to Barra shopping store (01/05/21), a store with the appearance of being abandoned, untidy, with few varieties on display. I went into the store and I had to look for service, even though the store was empty of customers, when I was attended I didn't have the dress, which was from the new collection. Poor service and store with an unattractive appearance. Last week I was at the Park shopping store, much better, both in terms of service and the clothes on display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que loja, quem não conhece pode ir que vai encontrar roupas femininas sempre de muito bom gosto, moda jovem, com vestidos maravilhosos e blusas basiquinhas tbm. Atendimento muito bom, meninas super treinadas! Super recomendo!!!
What store, those who don't know can go and find women's clothes always in great taste, young fashion, with wonderful dresses and basic blouses too. Very good service, super trained girls! I highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo as roupas dessa loja, sempre comprei lá, mas na última vez que entrei , eu e minhas filhas fomos hostilizada. Algumas vendedoras(acho que novas na loja) deixaram tão claro que não queriam nos atende, que saímos da loja totalmente envergonhadas. Foi horrível, nunca me sentir tão humilhada .
I love the clothes in this store, I always bought them there, but the last time I went in, my daughters and I were harassed. Some sellers (I think new to the store) made it so clear that they didn't want to serve us, that we left the store totally embarrassed. It was horrible, never feeling so humiliated.
