★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de externar minha insatisfação com a vans, moro acerca de 50 km de uma loja aonde efetuei uma compra porem esta me decepcionou, cheguei em casa e me deparei com um par de tênis cada um de um modelo, voltei até a loja e somando em km se tornou 200 km para efetuar a troca. Consegui com muito custo pois a loja não estava organizada, ok, contudo na primeira lavagem do tênis como determina o fabricante o mesmo manchou e não sai a mancha. Vi muitos relatos na internet com o mesmo problema com tênis branco. Voltei até a loja e agora com 300 km para exercer a garantia.
Com muita tristeza recebi a resposta ( Consequência de algum imprevisto !!!) (negou a garantia) Agora totalizou 400 km para pegar o tênis de volta ! Insatisfeito !!! Vans nunca mais !
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the vans, I live about 50 km from a store where I made a purchase, but this one disappointed me, I got home and came across a pair of sneakers each one of a model, I went back to the store and added to km became 200 km to perform the exchange. I got it with a lot of cost because the store wasn't organized, ok, however in the first wash of the sneakers as determined by the manufacturer, it stained and the stain doesn't come out. I saw many reports on the internet with the same problem with white sneakers. I went back to the store and now with 300 km to exercise the warranty.
With great sadness I received the answer (Consequence of some unforeseen event !!!) (the guarantee was denied) Now it has totaled 400 km to get the sneakers back! Dissatisfied !!! Vans never again!
