★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma viagem para Itália no valor de 24 mil reais, pedimos uma noite a mais no último dia de viagem e fomos informados no dia anterior que deveríamos sair do hotel e ir para outro porque não fizeram nossa reserva no mesmo hotel. Estamos com um voucher da agência confirmando nossa noite extra no mesmo hotel e a Operadora Tumlari disse que era pra "desconsiderar" esse voucher. Nós perdemos o passeio que tínhamos comprado, tivemos que sair do hotel em que estávamos acomodados e tudo isso por um erro que não foi nosso. Isso mostra a incompetência dessa empresa e da Operadora Tumlari, que nos venderam algo que não foi cumprido. Fomos extremamente prejudicados pois perdemos um dia inteiro de viagem que já estava PAGO. A solução deles foi nos enfiar em outro hotel, o qual não contratamos no pacote e não poderemos se quer aproveitar. A pior empresa de Campinas!!!
We bought a trip to Italy in the amount of 24 thousand reais, we asked for an extra night on the last day of the trip and we were informed the day before that we should leave the hotel and go to another one because they did not make our reservation at the same hotel. We have a voucher from the agency confirming our extra night at the same hotel and Operator Tumlari said it was to "disregard" this voucher. We missed the tour we had purchased, we had to leave the hotel where we were staying and all of this was due to a mistake that was not ours. This shows the incompetence of this company and Operator Tumlari, who sold us something that was not fulfilled. We were extremely harmed because we missed an entire day of travel that was already PAID. Their solution was to stick us in another hotel, which we didn't hire in the package and we won't be able to enjoy it. The worst company in Campinas !!!

A meu ver no mínimo deveria primeiramente apresentar se, em seguida perguntar me sobre o que estava interessado, uma empresa desse nível precisa rever conceitos e preparar melhor equipe de atendentes.
I did not like the posture of the attendant without identifying himself, he said he is promoting me.
In my view at the very least I should first introduce myself, then ask me about what I was interested in, a business of that level needs to review concepts and prepare better team of attendants.
