Fomos descobrir que estávamos sem a reserva do hotel 2d antes de viajar e disseram que colocariam nós em um estabelecimento melhor, porém deixaram a gente fora da área boa da cidade em um hotel antigo. Sem contar que o atendimento do Rodrigo foi péssimo, não deixa você falar no telefone, ele vomita coisa em você e não permite você conversar. Não indico a ninguém, planeje sua viagem em outra CVC.
Horrible service. We found out that we were without 2d hotel booking before traveling and said they would put us in a better establishment but left us out of the good area of the city in an old hotel. Not to mention that Rodrigo's service was terrible, it won't let you talk on the phone, he throws something at you and won't let you talk. I don't tell anyone, plan your trip on another CVC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento, na hora da compra, foi muito bom. Porém, para nossa infeliz surpresa, tivemos muitos problemas depois devido à falha na comunicação que a CVC tem com os clientes. Quando precisamos mais deles, fomos mal atendidos e tivemos problemas sérios por causa disso. Não acho que a empresa em si seja tão ruim mas a imagem ficou deteriorada por causa da unidade do shopping Iguatemi Campinas e seus funcionários! Não recomendo.
The first service, at the time of purchase, was very good. However, to our unfortunate surprise, we had many problems afterwards due to the failure in the communication that CVC has with customers. When we needed more of them, we were poorly attended and had serious problems because of that. I don't think the company itself is so bad, but the image has deteriorated because of the Iguatemi Campinas mall and its employees! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 pacote de viagem para Assunção - Paraguai para o período de 29.12.2019 a 05.01.2020. Perguntei ao Sr. Rodrigo, responsável pela venda e supervisor da loja, se seria necessário apresentar no check in comprovante da vacina da febre amarela. Sr. Rodrigo disse NÃO. Por precaução levei os comprovantes, mas a Gol exigiu atestado internacional de vacina fornecido pela ANVISA, aliás esse documento é o primeiro exigido no aeroporto de Assunção. Era domingo e a ANVISA do aeroporto de Guarulhos estava fechada. Remarquei a passagem para 30.01.2019, paguei taxa de R$ 1.042,00, perdi 1 diária no hotel e passei a noite no aeroporto, tudo em razão de informação errada. Não havia disponibilidade para pernoite no hotel local e consegui um período de 4 horas para descanso (de 17h ás 21h).Na volta, ao procurar a loja, Sr. Rodrigo disse que não tem responsabilidade por documentação e abriu um chamado no SAC da CVC, sem mencionar a informação errada. No voucher a informação sobre vacina é genérica. Fiz a compra pela loja porque queria serviços, do contrário teria feito pela internet.
I bought 1 travel package to Asuncion - Paraguay for the period from 29.12.2019 to 05.01.2020. I asked Mr. Rodrigo, the sales manager and store supervisor, whether to present proof of yellow fever vaccine at check-in. Mr. Rodrigo said NO. As a precaution I took the vouchers, but Gol required an international certificate of vaccine provided by ANVISA, in fact this document is the first required at Asunción airport. It was Sunday and Guarulhos airport ANVISA was closed. I rescheduled the ticket for 30.01.2019, paid a fee of $ 1,042.00, lost 1 night at the hotel and spent the night at the airport, all due to wrong information. There was no overnight stay available at the local hotel and I got a 4 hour rest period (from 5 pm to 9 pm). While returning to the store, Mr. Rodrigo said he has no responsibility for documentation and opened a call at the CVC Customer Service. Not to mention the wrong information. In the voucher the vaccine information is generic. I bought it through the store because I wanted services, otherwise I would have done it over the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro momento a vendedora não soube passar informações corretamente sobre melhores lugares de acomodação. As opções de hotel são muito restritas.
Num segundo momento tivemos grandes problemas com informações equivocadas sobre o vôo, o que nos forçou a comprar passagem de ônibus em horário errado e comprarmos uma nova passagem de avião. Todos os horários, tanto de ônibus quanto de avião, foram consultados e uefizemos tudo de acordo com o que nos foi orientado. Nota-se a organização e atenção com o cliente não é o forte da empresa.
Gravem as ligações e todas as reuniões que tiverem com qualquer funcionário da empresa duvido muito que irão assumir a culpa.
At first, the salesperson was unable to provide information about the best places to stay. The hotel options are very limited.
In a second moment, we had big problems with wrong information about the flight, which forced us to buy bus tickets at the wrong time and buy a new plane ticket. All schedules, both by bus and by plane, were consulted and we did everything according to what we were told. Note the organization and attention to the customer is not the company's forte.
Record the calls and all the meetings you have with any employee of the company I highly doubt that you will take the blame.
