★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é algo bem limitado. Liguei hoje no número (21) 99140-9181 e fui informado que lá é apenas para retirada de alguns tipos de encomendas e nada mais, nada de mais, nada de postagem, caixa postal ou qualquer serviço básico, enfim é melhor que nada, mas fica uma certa frustração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semana passada, o fornecedor me informou de que minha encomenda estava na agencia! Pedi meu filho pra retirar e informaram que ele não poderia, que eu deveria autorizar ou ir pessoalmente! Concordo!
Mas quando foi gora a tarde, depois de várias tentativas pra buscar informações pelo número de telefone que ninguém atende, resolvi fazer uma autorização em próprio punho, autorizando meu esposo a retirar pra mim e, novamente ele voltou sem a encomenda, pois a autorização tem que ser no modelo deles?! Detalhe, modelo feito a mão e colado na parede!!??
Fiquei me perguntando..... Se a pessoa não tiver como fazer uma foto na hora, volta pra casa e retorna levando debaixo do braço uma folha de papel e caneta pra copiar?? Minha gente... Nos dias de hoje... Cidade evoluída, e o povo agindo como se ainda estivéssemos no período da carroça? Nem que cobrem pela declaração impressa! Por favor, da pra facilitar modernizando??
Já passamos pelo transtorno de ter que ir buscar a encomenda que estávamos aguardando chegar em casa, e ainda temos que passar por isso? Sem contar do transtorno pra quem mora distante!

Have we already gone through the inconvenience of having to pick up the package that we were waiting to get home, and do we still have to go through that? Not to mention the inconvenience for those who live far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha correspondência foi devolvida aos Correios com a desculpa de "carteiro não atendido", na data de 23/12 às 18:10. Tá me zoando, né?! Tinham várias pessoas em casa e eu estava acompanhando pelo rastreio justamente para que isso não acontecesse! Nitidamente mentira! Mas, o que esperar dos Correios e de uma cidade tão retrógrada como Itaipuaçu! O mau das pessoas daqui é achar que o tempo parou e que todos engolem as desculpas esfarrapadas e o horrível atendimento prestado em todos os lugares daqui!
Lastimável! Deplorante! Falta educação, boa vontade e, principalmente, acompanhar o tempo que se vive! Aqui, me parece que ainda se anda de carroça e se enviam cartas por pombos!
Poderia ter a opção aqui de avaliar sem precisar dar estrelas! A AGC Itaipuaçu não merece estrela nenhuma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, o telefone não funciona, tive que ir lá e ainda fui mal atendido. O correios tinha que ser privatizado, aí sim eles iriam ter que trabalhar, mas como não é,então nao faz diferença pra eles trabalharem ou não ?
