★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente a longas datas ,um dos melhores bancos pois não tem tantas filas e o atendimento é rápido .Os funcionários atenciosos com seus clientes .Ao entrar no banco tem que ter um pouquinho de paciência pois o melhor é não levar tanta coisa ao banco a porta trava e não é culpa dos guardas é o sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial ou por telefone é péssimo. Você liga por horas, agência pode estar cheia ou vazia e a mesa de atendimento n atende a ligação. Fiz o teste estando na agência e falei com a atendente da mesa. Não atende o telefone porque não querem.
Um absurdo eu ter que sair de casa para saber se meu cartão chegou na agência. Se não podem atender o telefone retira logo. Ficam conversando entre elas e não podem atender o telefone?
Face-to-face or phone service is terrible. You call for hours, the branch can be full or empty and the service desk doesn't answer the call. I took the test while at the agency and spoke with the desk attendant. They don't answer the phone because they don't want to.
It was absurd that I had to leave the house to find out if my card arrived at the agency. If they can't answer the phone, take it off. Are they talking to each other and can't answer the phone?
