★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia nao tem organização alguma. A primeira vz que precisei resolver algo urgene. Tava uma fila imensa do lado de fora. Todos no sol. Pior q a caixa econômica. Ninguém pra informar. Gente poque bao trabalhar por agendamento ja que nao conseguem organizar o atendimento. Sinceramente
Agency has no organization. The first time I needed to resolve something urgently. There was a huge line outside. Everyone in the sun. Worse q the savings bank. Nobody to report. People because they work by appointment since they can't organize the service. Sincerely

Great service from employees, however they were unable to adapt to COVID-19 as we have to wait outside for service in the sun or rain, at risk of assault.

Péssimo atendimento desta funcionária e falta de respeito.
A filha de espera para entrar na agência debaixo do Sol, chuva, vento e segurança é um absurdo.
I needed help at the ATM and there was no employee for that. I asked an employee who is at the first table and she answered me with sarcasm and impositions.
Terrible service from this employee and lack of respect.
The daughter waiting to enter the agency under the sun, rain, wind and security is absurd.
