O estacionamento é ruim . O cliente aguarda em pé na fila e geralmente demora...
Enquanto que na agência convencional existem cadeiras de espera com uma tv onde são apresentados alguns entretenimentos...
Na maioria das vezes acabo optando pela agência convencional ... são mais práticas e sem frescura...

Quando ocorre um problema como os mesmos serviços, não são eles quem resolvem, passam para áreas que não podemos acessar, e no final das contas os gerentes e a gerente geral se eximem de qualquer responsabilidade. Sofri fraude em cartão Black e eles simplesmente pulam fora, não assumem qualquer responsabilidade por não terem a devida segurança. FUJA desta agência, FUJA deste banco.
Good only when they want to sell your products and services.
