boleto de cartão de credito em cash e a caixa pegou meu dinheiro , não pagou minha fatura, pagou outra conta de alguem, e agora tarde demais descobri o golpe quase 1 mes depois .estou tendo uma dor de cabeça para consertar o problema. paguei dia 20 de abril, até hoje minha fatura esta como não paga, tenho o recibo de pagamento e tudo , eles estão protegendo a caixa, o roubo dela. Vigiem seus pagamentos , no recibo consta o codigo de barras de seu pagamento, confira sempre antes de sair do banco . Hoje dia 10/05/2017, estou tendo uma dor de cabeça pra ter meu boleto pago de volta pelo banco. Terei que ir ao procon
People ! this Porto Seguro agency is a "NOT TRUSTED" trap !!! I paid one
credit card payment in cash and the cashier took my money, did not pay my bill, paid someone else's bill, and now too late I discovered the scam almost 1 month later. I am having a headache to fix the problem. I paid on April 20th, until today my invoice is unpaid, I have the payment receipt and everything, they are protecting the box, the theft of it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5h na fila debaixo de sol quente pra entrar e ser tratada como um lixo lá dentro. Todo mês a mesma história. Os atendentes só sabem agir de forma grosseira, não sabem dar explicações coerentes mais sabem gritar bastante e tratar o cliente como se fossemos ignorantes.
5 hours in line under the hot sun to get in and be treated like garbage inside. Every month the same story. The attendants only know how to act rudely, they don't know how to give coherent explanations but they know how to shout a lot and treat the customer as if we were ignorant.
