★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem ao meu pior inimigo. Péssima experiência. Inclusive recomendo uma leitura básica de Chiavenato e uma intervenção em gestão de pessoas com muita urgência. Boa sorte pra quem tem a coragem de encarar isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Tentei contato por ligação e ninguém atendeu. Enviei mensagem via WhatsApp na segunda e na terça-feira chegou a mensagem automática do sistema. Passei o dia aguardando alguém entrar em contato ou responder a minha mensagem e como não tive resposta, perguntei se poderia ter alguma posição. Me responderam da seguinte forma: “ Nosso horário de whatsapp é somente esse que foi passado anteriormente,mais irei responder somente hoje fora do horário.”. Uma falta de profissionalismo e de preocupação com o possível cliente, pois estava ciente do horário de atendimento, mas como eles não me responderam durante o período, tentei contato novamente. Desisti no imóvel pelo atendimento, Ou melhor, pela falta de qualidade do mesmo.
Terrible attendance! I tried to contact by phone and no one answered. I sent a message via WhatsApp on Monday and on Tuesday the automatic system message arrived. I spent the day waiting for someone to contact me or reply to my message and since I had no answer, I asked if I could have a position. They answered me in the following way: “Our whatsapp schedule is only the one that was previously spent, but I will only respond today outside of the schedule.”. A lack of professionalism and concern for the possible client, as I was aware of the opening hours, but as they did not respond during the period, I tried to contact again. I gave up on the property for the service, or rather, the lack of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa muito boa para alugar um imóvel, porém para fazer o distrato deixa muito a desejar. Usa a burocracia ao extremo para dificultar a entrega do imóvel alugado. Exige que o cliente compareça as concessionárias pessoalmente, sendo que tudo hoje é resolvido virtualmente, sem contar que vivemos um período de pandemia.Uma estrela porque não é possível dar menos.
Very good company for renting a property, but for canceling it leaves a lot to be desired. It uses bureaucracy to the extreme to make it difficult to deliver the rented property. It requires the customer to attend the dealerships in person, and today everything is solved virtually, not to mention that we are living in a pandemic period. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa é péssima no atendimento e devolução do imóvel. No dia que foi alugar o imóvel fui muita bem tratada, o gerente se mostrou muito prestativo, porém depois de quatro anos pagando o aluguel rigorosamente fui entregar o apartamento e as dores de cabeça começaram: Dificuldades para entregar o imóvel, burocracia excessiva e sem sentido, constrangimento e etc.. É importante ressaltar também que o gerente não quis mais me atender quando fui na imobiliária e me fez eu ir pessoalmente nas concessionárias quando essas oferecem atendimento virtual para o que me foi exigido. Enfim experiência péssima e não indico para nenhuma pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui alugar um imóvel , onde a chave que me deram não abria o portão . Sai do porto das dunas a 50 minutos do local , peguei minha mae em outro bairro . Tudo isso de Uber que deu mais de 100 reais para chegar no imóvel e não conseguir entrar . Paguei contador paguei muita coisa para pegar o imóvel . Para no final ninguém fazer nada por mim . Empresa não trabalha com transparência , pede 50 reais para você pegar a chave e manda se virar . Se arrependimento de ter pesquisado e ter ido até esse local foi um arrependimento sem fim . Por conta de tudo isso percebi que não deveria ficar no imóvel ? escolher qualquer outro canto menos esse . Péssima imobiliária , atendimento péssimo . Só se salva um rapaz .

Bad real estate, bad service. Only one boy is saved.
