Eles se adequam a necessidade e expectativa individual de cada aluno. Não fizeram diferença alguma mesmo sabendo que era Gympass. O ambiente é muito agradável. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo! ??☺️
Thiago was attentive and cordial from the first contact and always showed flexibility to serve the student in the best way. Instructor Carol's class is excellent. They adapt to the individual needs and expectations of each student. They didn't make any difference even though they knew it was Gympass. The environment is very pleasant. Congratulations on your professionalism! ??☺️

All the professionals involved are extremely polite and helpful, always willing to help with anything the student needs, from scheduling classes to adapting the exercises. Fiz fisioterapia para recuperação de uma fratura no tornozelo por dois meses com a fisioterapeuta Carol, que também é a instrutora master de pilates. Os resultados foram fantásticos!
I have been a student of Agnes Pilates for over six years and, in this unit, since its opening! The service is spectacular and the classes are of the highest level. I did physical therapy for recovery from an ankle fracture for two months with physical therapist Carol, who is also the master pilates instructor. The results were fantastic!

Começando pelo atendimento do Thiago, que é super atencioso, aberto a feedback, atende alunos do gympass da mesma maneira… E, depois que você tem a primeira aula ( com qualquer um dos instrutores), é que você fica realmente viciado( and apaixonado) pelo pilates! A aula é individualizada, divertida, dinâmica ( nada de repeteco rsrs).. tanto é que comecei fazendo 1x por semana, e se deixarem, faço todo dia!
The best pilates studio in SP! Starting with Thiago's service, who is super attentive, open to feedback, assists gympass students in the same way... for pilates! The class is individualized, fun, dynamic (no repetition lol).. so much so that I started doing it once a week, and if they let me, I do it every day!

Very good, I am well assisted by professionals who are careful and engaged in what they do. I contribute to my discipline in carrying out the exercises and there is a partnership between student x teacher so that any changes are made if necessary so that there is no discomfort to perform of the same.
