â â â â â Gostaria de partilhar com o pĂșblico em geral o constragimento a que fui submetida hoje dia 07 de maio na Loja de AGR Telecom do Shopping Del Rey. Como comprei um plano FamĂlia e um celular Motorola lĂĄ no sĂĄbado dia 05 de maio,, hoje fui reclamar que o nĂșmero do meu marido incluĂdo no plano famĂlia nĂŁo tinha sido ativado e que meu celulat estava apresentando super aquecimento. depois de discussĂŁoo com a funcionĂĄria, pois eu queria deixar o celular lĂĄ , pois o problema nĂŁo foi resolvida, a funcionĂĄria responsĂĄvel aos gritos chamou o segurança que me conduziu diante de todos ao SAC. NĂŁo cometi delito algum, nĂŁo gritei, apenas questionei meus direitos e fui submetida aoum ato de assĂ©dio moral em pĂșblico. Estou arrasanda e disposta a tomar providĂȘncias contra a loja.  I would like to share with the general public the constraint to which I was subjected today on May 7th at the Shopping Del Rey AGR Telecom Store. As I bought a Family plan and a Motorola cell phone on Saturday May 5th, today I went to complain that my husband's number included in the family plan had not been activated and that my cell phone was overheating. after discussing it with the employee, because I wanted to leave my cell phone there, because the problem was not resolved, the employee responsible for shouting called the security guard who took me in front of everyone to the SAC. I didn't commit any crime, I didn't scream, I just questioned my rights and I was subjected to an act of public bullying. I am devastated and ready to take action against the store.
