Ja tinha levado meu aparelho em outro lugar e infelizmente não conseguiram consertar e nem dizer ao certo o defeito. Quando levei o aparelho até a loja eu já sabia qual era o possível problema após muitas pesquisas no youtube, e o Luíz mesmo sendo técnico com anos de experiencia parou pra me ouvir sobre o que poderia fazer para resolver o problema.

I would like to congratulate Luiz. I contacted the company through a google search. I had already taken my device elsewhere and unfortunately they couldn't fix it or say the defect for sure. When I took the device to the store I already knew what the possible problem was after a lot of research on youtube, and Luíz, even being a technician with years of experience, stopped to listen to me about what he could do to solve the problem.
Congratulations for the transparency in the service performed and for the simplicity in sharing your knowledge.
It definitely gained another customer.

I had taken my cell phone somewhere else to make a budget, they said I had to spend 160 to fix it, then I took it to Luizinho..he looked and said that it was nothing like the other place had told me...it was just the charger that I had spoiled .the 160 there ..I paid 50 ak ..... I recommend
