My experience was terrible asking for a bag for my shih-tzu the bag came wrong it didn't even fit outside the delay that they called me early on to mess up my life for me buy bought i sent the pix 11:35 the bag came arrives almost two hours . I'm paying for it, I'm not asking for anything then they call, I'm leaving where because the moto boy said he left about half an hour at 11:30 am and came in almost two hours. I just want it.
