Ótimo atendimento, desde a menina do balcão, a moça que da o banho, a veterinária Lara e até a mãe dela q é super engraçada! Hahaha
I took my dog to make tartar cleaning and tooth extraction, I was very well attended by the veterinarian Lara. Very affectionate, attentive and patient to answer all my doubts.
Great service, from the girl at the counter, the girl who bathes, the veterinarian Lara and even her mother who is super funny! Haha ha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para tomar banho como de costume há cerca de 2 anos e quando cheguei havia um rapaz novo no atendimento e uma atendente que já me conhecia varrendo a loja. Ele me perguntou se eu tinha horário marcado pois a agenda já estava cheia. Eu disse que nunca me pediram para agendar horário e sempre acolhiam meu cachorro. A atendente então parou de varrer e disse “na verdade você sempre deu sorte”. Achei desnecessário e rude tal comentário. Eu sempre dei sorte de ser atendida como se fosse um “cliente” insignificante, um número que não faz a menor diferença.
Não é o que se diz mas como se diz.
I took my dog for a bath as usual about 2 years ago and when I arrived there was a new guy in attendance and an attendant who already knew me sweeping the store. He asked me if I had an appointment because the schedule was already full. I said they never asked me to schedule an appointment and they always welcomed my dog. The attendant then stopped sweeping and said “actually you were always lucky”. I found this comment unnecessary and rude. I've always been lucky enough to be treated as if I were an insignificant “customer”, a number that doesn't make any difference.
It's not what you say but how you say it.
