★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cadelinha estava passando mal levei ela em outros lugares e não resolveu, quando cheguei no Núcleo Veterinário até a recepção foi diferente, fomos bem recebidos, a Dra. Bárbara foi um anjo, ela é super bem preparada, desde a primeira medicação já notamos melhora, solicitou o exame, achou o problema e agora minha Katarina está ótima ❤️ Não levo ela em outros lugares mais... A equipe é 1.0000 gratidão!
My little dog was feeling sick, I took her to other places and it didn't solve it, when I arrived at the Veterinary Center, the reception was different, we were well received, Dr. Bárbara was an angel, she is super well prepared, since the first medication we have already noticed improvement , requested the exam, found the problem and now my Katarina is great ❤️ I won't take her anywhere else anymore... The team is 1.0000 gratitude!

Conheci primeiro a Dr. Ana que sempre foi um amor, de um coração gigante, ela mudou o local de atendimento e eu acompanhei e aí sim iniciou o Núcleo e só faz crescer. Desejo o melhor, porque meus pets e nós recebemos o melhor também.
The best place for your pet is here, the team is super affectionate as well as competent. I first met Dr. Ana, who has always been a sweetheart, with a giant heart, she changed the place of care and I followed her and then she started the Nucleus and it only grows. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi muito boa! Levei minha gatinha para consultar com a Dra. Milena de São José que fez o encaminhamento para a cirurgia. Quanto a essaprimeira consulta, não tenho palavras suficientes para elogiar. A Milena é incrível, tratou a mim e minha gatinha com muito amor, carinho e dedicação. Explicou todo o quadro e me tranquilizou em relação ao processo. Além disso, acompanhou o pós-operatório com muito zelo, sempre preocupada com o nosso bem-estar. A melhor escolha que fiz foi consultar com ela e não abro mão!
Em relação a cirurgia, foi outra experiência muito boa que tive em relação a clínica, o pós-operatório foi excelente! Minha gatinha voltou muito tranquila e fui muito bem instruída pela Dra. Bárbara a respeito do procedimenro cirúrgico e do pós-operatório. Os pontos ficaram sequinhos e não tive nenhuma intercorrencia.
Hoje levo minha gatinha para retirar os pontos com muita leveza no coração e gratidão pela ótima escolha que fiz.
The experience was really good! I took my kitten to consult with Dr. Milena de São José who made the referral for surgery. As for that first appointment, I don't have enough words to praise. Milena is amazing, she treated me and my kitten with a lot of love, affection and dedication. He explained the whole picture and reassured me about the process. In addition, she followed the postoperative period with great zeal, always concerned with our well-being. The best choice I made was to consult with her and I won't give up!
Regarding the surgery, it was another very good experience I had in relation to the clinic, the postoperative period was excellent! My kitten came back very calm and I was very well instructed by Dr. Bárbara about the surgical procedure and the postoperative period. The stitches were dry and I didn't have any problems.
Today I take my kitten to remove the stitches with a lot of lightness in my heart and gratitude for the great choice I made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos a nossa gatinha para realizar a castração, a cirurgia em si foi um sucesso, pois até o momento ela não teve nenhuma reação adversa ou atitude fora do padrão.
O motivo das 2 estrelas está relacionado ao atendimento, e aqui vamos separar no atendimento da recepção e das veterinárias.
O Atendimento da recepção foi atencioso, e nos tiraram as dúvidas que fizemos quando chegamos ao local, mas o atendimento das veterinárias nem existiu, quando chegamos lá uma pessoa levou nossa gatinha para dentro, ninguém veio conversar com nós, conhecer mais sobre o gatinho, e nem tirar dúvidas que poderíamos ter, depois da cirurgia quem veio nos entregar ela(gatinha) foi a moça da recepção, de novo nenhuma das veterinárias veio nos conhecer ou dar informações de como as coisas tinham saído e nem um direcionamento no pós cirúrgico (Quem fez isso foi a recepção novamente), até o momento não temos ideia de quem realizou a cirurgia (Não sabemos nem o rosto da pessoa), me senti levando a minha gatinha em um local que preza a velocidade e não um atendimento personalizado e atencioso, não indicaria o local se você busca um atendimento mais personalizado por parte das veterinárias do local.

The reception service was attentive, and they answered the questions we had when we arrived at the place, but the vet service didn't even exist, when we got there a person took our kitten inside, no one came to talk to us, learn more about the kitten, and we didn't even have any doubts that we could have, after the surgery, she (the kitten) came to deliver us to the reception girl, again none of the vets came to meet us or give information on how things had turned out and not even a post-surgical direction ( Who did this was the reception again), so far we have no idea who performed the surgery (We don't even know the person's face), I felt like taking my kitten in a place that values speed and not a personalized and attentive service , would not recommend the place if you are looking for a more personalized service from the local vets.
