Eu doei a minha cachorrinha uma Poddle toy, e quando recebi a notícia fui buscá-la imediatamente, ao pegá-la novamente ela estava suja, com machucados, carrapatos, pulgas e Entre outros.
O Marcos, teve toda a atenção, dedicação e profissionalismo, me atendendo fora do horário, fez todos procedimentos necessários e cuidou com muito amor da minha cachorrinha, fez uma tosa perfeita, e um banho espetacular.
A essa clínica tenho uma IMENSA GRATIDÃO!

I donated my dog a Poddle toy, and when I received the news I went to get it immediately, when I picked it up again it was dirty, with bruises, ticks, fleas and among others.
Marcos, had all the attention, dedication and professionalism, attending me out of hours, did all the necessary procedures and took great care of my dog, made a perfect grooming, and a spectacular bath.
I have a HUGE GRATITUDE to this clinic!

O lugar se diz "clínica veterinária" mas na realidade é um singelo pet shop, marquei a castração do meu gatinho por telefone sem ir ao local, liguei pra confirmar a cirurgia e o horário, por telefone me informaram que tudo certo. Marcado para as 11 horas do dia 31/11/2020, meu bebê em jejum de 08 hs, cheguei lá o lugar muito simples não lembra em nada uma clínica, alguns bichinhos tomando banho, o barulho do secador deixando meu gatinho agitado, esperei o veterinário por uma hora, em um sofá minúsculo e desconfortável com meu gatinho e minha filha e nada da pessoa aparecer. Total falta de respeito comigo e com meu filhote. A opção que o rapaz me deu foi deixar o gatinho lá até o veterinário aparecer, nunca ouvi tanto absurdo! Deveria processar essas pessoas por tamanha falta de respeito. Infelizmente as classificações positivas aqui não condiz com o que passei nesse lugar.

Scheduled for 11 am on 11/31/2020, my baby fasting at 8 am, I got there the very simple place does not resemble a clinic at all, some pets taking a bath, the sound of the dryer leaving my kitten agitated, I waited for the vet for an hour, on a tiny, uncomfortable couch with my kitten and daughter and nothing of the person showing up. Total disrespect for me and my puppy. The option the boy gave me was to leave the kitten there until the vet showed up, I never heard so much nonsense! I should sue these people for such a lack of respect. Unfortunately the positive ratings here do not match what I went through in that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, mandei minha cachorrinha Shih Tzu dia 03/02/2021 de cinco meses para banho e tosa. Fizeram um corte todo mal acabado, cheio de pontas, sem corte de unhas, corte masculino em fêmea, e sem contar ela veio com alguns pequenos cortes no corpo, olhos lacrimejando devido ao shampoo excessivo, muito assustada não quis nem alimentar. Tive que levar em outra clinica para avaliar como consertar o pelo. Junto estava outra cachorrinha de 15 anos que tinha problema na articulação, eu avisei pedi atenção especial para atendente Sara por telefone. Não tiveram o minimo cuidado. Se você quiser pagar caro e seu animal ser mau atendido pode levar lá, pois com certeza será!!
I do not recommend, I sent my puppy Shih Tzu on 03/02/2021 of five months for bath and grooming. They made a badly finished cut, full of spikes, with no nail cut, male to female cut, and without counting she came with some small cuts on the body, eyes watering due to excessive shampoo, very scared I didn't even want to feed. I had to take it to another clinic to evaluate how to fix the hair. Along was another 15-year-old puppy who had a problem with her joint, I told her I asked for special attention to attendant Sara by phone. They were not careful at all. If you want to pay dearly and your pet is poorly attended you can take it there, for sure it will be !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou extremamente grata à toda a equipe por sempre cuidarem com tanto carinho dos meus bichinhos. Já passei por inúmeras situações, desde um dálmata que parou de andar e tinha tudo para ser eutanasiado, e dr Alisson operou um milagre, e hoje ele está firme e forte. Castrei minha gatinha e foi um sucesso também. Isso são só algumas das várias situações que já levei meus bichinhos e nunca, jamais, Marcos e equipe me desapontaram. Passamos por alguns momentos tristes, de despedida, mas sei que até o último momento eles tentaram salvar ou ajudar meus bichinhos que se foram de alguma forma. Chega uma hora que a idade chega e realmente já não tem jeito, mas sei que fizemos o possível, e por muito tempo eles curtiram a 3ª idade com saúde, sempre acompanhados por estes profissionais.
Vi alguns comentários sobre a estrutura. Pra mim estrutura nenhuma paga empatia, carinho e cuidado, pois é isso que nossos bichinhos mais precisam! Eu e minha família somos clientes fieis e não abrimos mão da Clínica Veterinária Itapuã!!! Se pudesse, daria 10 estrelas, 5 são pouco!
I am extremely grateful to the whole team for always taking such care of my pets with such care. I have been through countless situations, since a Dalmatian who stopped walking and had everything to be euthanized, and Dr Alisson performed a miracle, and today he is firm and strong. I neutered my kitten and it was a success too. These are just some of the many situations that I have taken my pets and never, ever, Marcos and team disappointed me. We went through some sad moments, saying goodbye, but I know that until the last moment they tried to save or help my pets that were gone in some way. There comes a time when age comes and there is really no way around it, but I know that we did our best, and for a long time they enjoyed their 3rd age with health, always accompanied by these professionals.
I saw some comments about the structure. For me, no structure pays for empathy, affection and care, because this is what our pets need most! My family and I are loyal customers and we do not give up the Veterinary Clinic Itapuã !!! If I could, I would give 10 stars, 5 are too few!
