★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços altos e pessimo atendimento. Ficar sentado na entrada fumando e encarando as pessoas na rua não é muito chamativo, e ficar seguindo o cliente dentro da loja como se ele fosse um ladrão é extremamente desconfortável.
Não pretendo voltar e como um grande consumidor de artigos chineses de artes marciais, recomendo a todos a procurar outros estabelecimentos com melhor atendimento e preocupação com o bem estar do cliente.
 High prices and poor service. Sitting around the entrance smoking and staring at people on the street is not very flashy, and following the customer inside the store as if he were a thief is extremely uncomfortable.
I don't intend to go back and as a big consumer of Chinese martial arts items, I recommend everyone to look for other establishments with better service and concern for the client's well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente é a única loja física de armas de artes marciais que eu conheço, e não é por causa disso que a qualidade dos produtos não é boa. A loja em si, por ser pequena e estar repleta de armas por todos os lados, te dá uma sensação de ter entrado em um cantinho perdido da China no meio de São Paulo, e sinceramente isso te dá vontade de sair comprando tudo.
Honestly it is the only physical martial arts weapons store I know of, and it is not because of that that the quality of the products is not good. The store itself, being small and full of weapons everywhere, gives you a feeling of having entered a lost corner of China in the middle of São Paulo, and honestly it makes you want to go out and buy everything.

Para pegar nos itens deve-se colocar uma luva plástica descartável, o que em tempos de pandemia é muito higiênico. Medem também a temperatura corporal na entrada. Não tem estacionamento, mas o local fica razoavelmente perto da estação do metrô.
Good range of products with fair price. Good service. They accept debit and credit cards. To pick up the items, a disposable plastic glove must be placed, which in times of pandemic is very hygienic. They also measure body temperature at the entrance. There is no parking, but the location is reasonably close to the metro station.

A senhora que me atendeu me tratou muito bem, conhece bem as armas acho isso bem legal, os preços ao meu ver são ok, comprei uma lança tradicional de boa qualidade desconto pra pagamento em dinheiro. Vi outros comentários, tem um senhor não sei se é o dono enfim ele fica sentado até cochilando na porta da loja. Não vejo problema nisso acho que devemos entender outras culturas. Essa coisa de querer ser tratado como principe só porque é um cliente parece problema de auto-estima. Acho que temos que focar na qualidade dos produtos e serviços pra mim a AGS está muito bem.
I liked the store. The lady who attended me treated me very well, she knows the weapons well, I think that is very cool, the prices in my view are ok, I bought a traditional lance with good quality discount for payment in cash. I saw other comments, there is a gentleman I don’t know if it’s the owner, he’s just sitting dozing at the door of the store. I see no problem with that, I think we should understand other cultures. This thing of wanting to be treated like a prince just because he is a client seems like a problem with self-esteem. I think we have to focus on the quality of products and services for me, AGS is doing very well.
