★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi bastante negativa, fui procurado pelo consultor deste empresa me oferecendo um plano de linhas moveis para que eu fizesse a portabilidade Vivo/TIM, informei que eu estava com um contrato com a vivo de 24 meses e que só havia cumprido 20 meses e que não poderia contratar outra operadora, ele então me afirmou que não haveria multa haja visto que eu já tinha cumprido 12 meses período máximo aceito pela Anatel e que essa multa eles derrubariam. Contratei a portabilidade para TIM , o consultor sumiu e a A G S FERREIRA SERVICOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES nunca me atendeu ou deu retorno quanto ao que seu vendedor assumiu conosco de que não haveria multa. Então estou eu tentando resolver a mais de 01(um) ano derrubar essa multa de 4.465,47.
The experience was very negative, I was approached by the consultant of this company offering me a plan for mobile lines so that I could make Vivo / TIM portability, I informed that I had a contract with Vivo for 24 months and that I had only fulfilled 20 months and that he could not hire another operator, he then told me that there would be no fine since I had already fulfilled 12 months maximum period accepted by Anatel and that this fine they would drop. I hired portability for TIM, the consultant disappeared and A G S FERREIRA SERVICOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES never answered or responded to what his salesperson assumed with us that there would be no fine. So I am trying to resolve more than 01 (one) year to drop this fine of 4,465.47.
