★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 1 hora aguardando atendimento, não fui chamado e outra pessoa acabou indo como se fosse com a minha ficha de atendimento. Cabe aos funcionários verificarem sempre a ficha de atendimento de cada cliente. Enfim, não passarei mais o trabalho de gentilmente procurar a Claro para devolver equipamentos, tratem de virem buscar se quiserem, absurdo.
