★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos almoçar no sábado com nosso filho de 1 ano. Para começar, o restaurante não tem cadeira infantil. É no mínimo estranho um restaurante no andar térreo de um shopping super movimentado não ter o básico para receber uma família com um bebê. Achei super pretensioso e antipático. A comida estava boa, correta, mas um pouco sem personalidade. Na seção de Espumantes brasileiros do menu, com tantos rótulos bons e interessantes produzidos no país, só encontramos variações de Chandon. Serviço confuso, embora cordial. Os garçons se perdiam com os pedidos e respectivas mesas. Infelizmente me pareceu ser um lugar para um público que não está em busca do que é bom, mas sim do que é caro e ostensivo. Uma pena, porque um bom restaurante japonês faz falta no Iguatemi.
 We went to lunch on Saturday with our 1 year old son. For starters, the restaurant does not have a child seat. It is at least strange for a restaurant on the ground floor of a super busy mall not to have the basics to welcome a family with a baby. I found it super pretentious and obnoxious. The food was good, correct, but a little lacking in character. In the Brazilian sparkling wines section of the menu, with so many good and interesting labels produced in the country, we only find Chandon variations. Confused service, albeit cordial. Waiters got lost with orders and their tables. Unfortunately, it seemed to me to be a place for an audience that is not looking for what is good, but for what is expensive and ostentatious. A pity, because a good Japanese restaurant is lacking in Iguatemi.

Pedimos um pouco de tudo e estava ótimo. Carpaccio variado ( na foto já tinha comido um pouco)
Recomendo principalmente os pratos não convencionais: dupla de hadock com especiarias, dupla de bijupira empanada.
Vale a pena provar!
Very special food.
We ordered a little of everything and it was great. Assorted Carpaccio (in the photo I had already eaten a little)
I recommend mainly the unconventional dishes: pair of spiced hadock, pair of breaded bijupira.
It's worth a try!

I only gave 4 stars because they forgot to bring a combination that was requested. In addition, the restaurant is very good and all the staff was a 10. Wonderful sushis!! I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento em sua maioria, nos restaurantes japoneses, tem aquele padrão cordial, eficiente e objetivo. Portanto cabe a avaliação somente da refeição!
De entrada: tempurá de milho doce, que estava uma delícia!!! Prato criativo, simples e saboroso sendo impossível parar de comer... Não deixem de pedir... Pedimos também niguiri de Santoya e Santoya no Shisso (que costumeiramente é uma folha perfumada, parece que esta comendo sabonete rsrs... Mas o deles estava muito bom e não tive esta sensação).
Combinado para Duas pessoas generoso, com destaque para o sashimi de atum, que no dia estava bem fresco e com uma ótima consistencia!!
De sobremesa,não me recordo o nome, era um tipo de amendoa crocante, com creme branco e Mousse de chocolate amargo...sensacional...Muito bom mesmo....
Resumindo, vale um almoço de Domingo tranquilamente!!!
Most of the service, in Japanese restaurants, has that cordial, efficient and objective standard. So it's up to the evaluation only of the meal!
Starter: sweet corn tempura, which was delicious!!! Creative, simple and tasty dish being impossible to stop eating... Be sure to order... We also ordered niguiri from Santoya and Santoya no Shisso (which is usually a scented leaf, it looks like you're eating soap lol... But theirs It was very good and I didn't have this feeling).
A generous combination for two, with an emphasis on the tuna sashimi, which on the day was very fresh and with a great consistency!!
For dessert, I don't remember the name, it was a kind of crunchy almond, with white cream and bitter chocolate mousse...sensational...Very good indeed....
In short, it's worth a quiet Sunday lunch!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing good things about Aima, I was looking forward to trying. Unfortunately it was very underwhelming. The location and vibe is nothing special - tucked away in the shopping centre but without masking the shopping centre once inside. There was no English menu and with no English staff, ordering was tricky. The dishes were brought to the table in such quick succession it felt like they wanted us to leave from the moment we got there. The food was average and sadly the dishes we were looking forward to most (black cod and fatty tuna were not available). 40 mins later we left feeling full but not in a good way. Friendly waiters is the only positive. Place to be seen perhaps but not to enjoy top food.
