Contratei um serviço e paguei 50% a visa no final de janeiro com previsão para segunda semana de fevereiro. Estamos em Março e nada foi entregue.
Existe um modus operandi de agir com má fé.
Oferece um bom preço e um prazo bem rápido.
Depois some, sem dar notícias do serviço, e quando procurado deixa de responder mensagens dos clientes. Eventualmente quando responde conta mentiras sobre novos prazos que nunca são cumpridos. Tudo isso com aparência de profissional educado. Em suma, contratar um serviço aqui é sinônimo de dor de cabeça. Agora o caminho é com o Juizado Especial Cível (Juizado de Pequenas Causas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Contratei o serviço em 13/05 para instalação em 27/05 com o pagamento de 50% do valor no ato da contratação. A instalação foi remarcada 5 vezes, não aparecem e não dão nenhuma satisfação. O sr. Josué inventa desculpa para tudo, mente tanto que não lembra o que fala. Ele não entrega o serviço e não devolve o dinheiro.
Terrible service. I hired the service on 05/13 for installation on 05/27 with the payment of 50% of the value upon contracting. Installation has been rescheduled 5 times, does not appear and does not give any satisfaction. Mr. Joshua makes excuses for everything, lies so much that he doesn't remember what he says. He doesn't deliver the service and doesn't refund the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Cuidado. Paguei a vista em fevereiro/2021 com o compromisso de que entregariam espelhos e um vidro temperado em até 15 dias. Após 3 meses, depois de muito insistir, consegui somente a instalação de dois espelhos, menos da metade do valor contratado. Até hoje já se passaram 4 meses e não recebi o restante dos serviços. O Sr. Josué sempre coloca uma desculpa e promessas não cumpridas. Estou recorrendo agora à justiça para receber meu dinheiro de volta, como o outro cliente escreveu aqui, anteriormente.
Terrible. Caution. I paid cash in February/2021 with the commitment that they would deliver mirrors and tempered glass within 15 days. After 3 months, after a lot of insisting, I only managed to install two mirrors, less than half the contracted value. Until today, 4 months have passed and I haven't received the rest of the services. Mr. Joshua always puts up an excuse and broken promises. I am now going to court to get my money back, as the other client wrote here earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um portão em março de 2020 ( pago) até hoje não foi entregue, o suposto Dono da empresa chamado Josué nem se quer atende o telefone, quase 2 anos a culpa deve ser ainda da pandemia. Não caiam na lábia ...não compre nadinha, corram que o não recebimento é certo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando para relatar uma grande decepção… após o excelente serviço prestado em minha residência, fiz indicação para minha mãe e simplesmente o sr Josué agiu de muita má fé. Fez o orçamento, minha mãe fez o pagamento e simplesmente ele sumiu. Não fez o serviço, não devolve o dinheiro e não nos responde. Procurarei os direitos de minha mãe Josué e decepção é o que me define. Porque vc não tem dignidade, se tivesse agiria de forma correta com as pessoas que confiam no seu trabalho. Aguarde porque será questão de honra te denunciar nas redes e até mesmo na justiça.
Achei a empresa após muita procura por um preço justo e acessível para mim. E simples super indico ? fiz três espaços rebaixados em pvc e os acabamentos ficaram impecáveis.
Parabéns Josué e equipe ❣️ Que o capricho e preço justo sejam portas abertas para vcs, obrigada pela paciência comigo ? e que Deus abençoe vcs ?

Se vc está lendo esse relato, leve a sério e não faça serviço com ele. TOTALMENTE SEM PALAVRA UM VERDADEIRO PILANTRA.
Informo que o mesmo está com novo nome( New Temper). Portanto quem for contratar, cuidado, pois continua sendo a mesma pessoa.

Contratei um box e uma porta de alumínio que não foram entregues e o Sr. Josué não me atende mais. Quando atendia, falava que estava dirigindo e que retornaria, o que nunca acontece. A loja também utiliza da mesma técnica, não dando uma solução, pois o do dono é o próprio Josué.
RUN OUT OF THIS STORE! Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same problem reported by several people. I hired a box and an aluminum door that were not delivered and Mr. Josué doesn't attend me anymore.
