★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excelente serviço levei minha moto pra fazer um balanceamento devido a uma batida que tive e chegando lá ele me mostrou que a roda ainda estava desalinhada sendo que tinha gastado 250 pra alinhar a outra oficina disse que nunca ficaria 100% porém estava 70% e o André conseguiu deixar 95% fez o balanceamento e ainda alinhou as mesas e disco de freio, sai de lá com a moto perfeita como antes da batida ?
excellent service I took my bike to make a balance due to a crash I had and when I got there he showed me that the wheel was still misaligned and I had spent 250 to align the other shop he said it would never be 100% but it was 70% and André managed to leave 95%, did the balance and even aligned the tables and brake disc, leave with the perfect bike as before the crash ?

Péssimo atendimento! Contratei um serviço para minha GSX S750 ano 2019. Seria feito alinhamento, balanceamento e pintura das rodas.
Acertei tudo com o Sr. André na terça feira dia 13/04/21. O mesmo se comprometeu a entregar o trabalho hoje dia 17/04/21. Me pediu para entregar as rodas desmontadas e a tinta até o dia 14/04/21 as 10h para que o prazo combinado fosse atendido. Na quarta-feira foram entregues as rodas e a tinta, conforme solicitado pelo Sr. André, que no mesmo dia, por volta das 21h30 me ligou pedindo para que eu adiantasse parte do valor cobrado para os trabalhos com a finalidade de comprar material necessário para fazer a pintura das rodas. O pedido foi atendido imediatamente! Mas para minha surpresa ele entrou em contato comigo no dia em que deveria entregar as rodas para dizer que iria sofrer um atraso na entrega, e para minha surpresa ele se quer mexeu/iniciou o trabalho hora contratado, mostrando completo desrespeito e falta de PROFISSIONALISMO. No ato da contratação ele foi informado sobre a urgência, pois utilizo o veículo para me deslocar para o trabalho e que tenho uma viagem programada e que era de extrema importância respeitar o prazo de entrega, mas em momento algum demostrou qualquer tipo de comprometimento e respeito. NÃO R COMENDO O SERVIÇO, POIS ME CAUSOU ESTRANHEZA A FORMA COMO TRABALHO E TAMBÉM A FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE EM ATENDER AO PRAZO COMBINADO.
Procurem por profissionais qualificados para que vc também não sofra as consequências negativas como essas aqui relatadas.

ESCAPE FROM THIS STOLE!
Terrible attendance! I hired a service for my GSX S750 year 2019. Wheel alignment, balancing and painting would be done.
I got everything right with Mr. André on Tuesday, April 13, 21. The same pledged to deliver the work today 04/17/21. He asked me to deliver the disassembled wheels and the paint until 04/14/21 at 10 am so that the agreed deadline was met. On Wednesday the wheels and paint were delivered, as requested by Mr. André, who on the same day, at around 9:30 pm, called me to ask me to advance part of the amount charged for the work in order to buy the necessary material for paint the wheels. The order was fulfilled immediately! But to my surprise he got in touch with me on the day he was supposed to deliver the wheels to say he would suffer a delay in delivery, and to my surprise he either moved / started the hourly work, showing complete disrespect and lack of PROFESSIONALISM. At the time of hiring he was informed about the urgency, as I use the vehicle to commute to work and that I have a scheduled trip and that it was extremely important to respect the delivery deadline, but at no time did he show any kind of commitment and respect . DON'T EATING THE SERVICE, BECAUSE I WAS CAUGHT THE WAY I WORK AND ALSO THE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY IN MEETING THE COMBINED TIME.
Look for qualified professionals so that you also do not suffer the negative consequences like those reported here.

Cheguei com as rodas amassadas e com a pintura detonada e saí com elas praticamente novas, além das observações que ele fez em outros itens que comprametiam a minha segurança na condução e que tbm foram substituídos. Vou retornar em breve para fazer o alinhamento da frente, já que o serviço nas rodas ficou show.
Parece que estou pilotando outra moto.
Great service performed by André on my Titan 150 2008. I arrived with the wheels dented and with the paint detonated and I left with them practically new, in addition to the observations he made on other items that bought my driving safety and that were also replaced. I'll be back soon to do the front alignment, since the wheel service was great.
It feels like I'm riding another bike.
