 They took a long time to answer us and when they answered us they said that "Due to delay" we no longer had our car. A trash. A shame

Não recomendo. Vá para as outras locadoras. Muito mais ágeis e melhores

I do not recommend. Go to the other rental companies. Much more agile and better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento a qq horário do dia, e não conseguem cadastrar segundo motorista sem estar presente pessoalmente. E isso depois de >1 ano de pandemia que tudo ficou online! Ridículo (e a Movida consegue - estranho, né?)
Slow service at any time of the day, and they are unable to register a second driver without being in person. And that after> 1 year of a pandemic that everything went online! Ridiculous (and Movida can do it - weird, right?)

Service too slow! Full store, few employees. Each call taking more than 10 minutes. Disappointed!

Worst car rental place in life. I do not recommend. Lousy and time consuming service !!! A real mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Categoria B (hatch premium) com carros velhos - 45mil km rodados ou mais. Estofados manchados e lataria muito amassada e riscada. Os carros não tem rádio com bluetooth, em 2021, pasmem! O atendimento é cordial e não tive problemas nesse sentido.
Category B (premium hatch) with old cars - 45k km driven or more. Stained upholstery and heavily dented and scratched bodywork. Cars don't have bluetooth radios, in 2021, amazing! The service is cordial and I had no problems in that regard.
