★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aeroporto pegamos a van até a agência, e o motorista - esqueci o nome - foi muito, mas muitooooooooooo simpático. Se apresentou, explicou o itinerário e levou até a retirada do carro.
Não havia fila para retirada do veículo e as funcionárias foram super atenciosas.
O único senão foi que o modelo reservado não estava disponível e foi oferecido um upgrade para um modelo "superior" sem custo, mas não aceitei, pois era sedan, e não gosto de sedan. Ainda assim, as colaboradoras se desdobraram e conseguiram um modelo que atendesse às minhas necessidades.
Quanto ao fato de a locadora ser na Marina da Glória, a distância não é maior - e as vezes até inferior - que locadoras em outros aeroportos como por exemplo Guarulhos etc.
 At the airport we took the van to the agency, and the driver - I forgot his name - was very, very nice. He introduced himself, explained the itinerary and took the car to pick it up.
There was no queue to pick up the vehicle and the employees were super attentive.
The only downside was that the reserved model was not available and an upgrade to a "superior" model was offered at no cost, but I didn't accept it as it was a sedan, and I don't like sedans. Still, the collaborators went out of their way and managed to find a model that met my needs.
As for the fact that the rental company is in Marina da Glória, the distance is not greater - and sometimes even less - than rental companies in other airports such as Guarulhos, etc.
