★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time renting from this company and they try to pull the same tricks. They tried to charge for apparently picking up the car late, although they took over an hour to attend us. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you take a video and photos of every scratch on the car. They will say that the little scratches don't matter, but they will try to charge you for it when you return. Do not leave the lot without documenting ever minor defect on the car. Fortunately I wasn't charged this time, but it took a lot of arguing on my part. In the end, they still made it seem like a dent in the car door was my fault even though I had a photo showing the dent before I rented the car. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Which isn’t really a confirmation because you go there and if you do not pass their approval you just wasted your entire day booking and traveling to the rental location. They should let you know if you are approved before they confirm your booking and make you go there.
