★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificuldade muito grande em ter contato, há três dias estou tentando e o atendimento é péssimo e ao entrar em contato com a fábrica me direcionaram para sua representante em SP que não atende o telefone.
Estou desde 14 de dezembro de 2018 aguardando o pedido de encosto de cabeça das hidros e a fábrica não me envia dizendo que está com problemas com o fornecedor, hoje é 06 de fevereiro de 2019.
Very difficult to have contact, three days ago I'm trying and the service is terrible and when contacting the factory I was directed to your representative in SP who does not answer the phone.
I have been since December 14, 2018 waiting for the hydros headrest request and the factory does not send me saying that it is in trouble with the supplier, today is February 6, 2019.

NÃO FOI ENTREGUE CONFORME COMPREI, FOI ME ENTREGUE EM CASA UM SPA COMPLETAMENTE DIFERENTE, SEM AQUECEDOR, ENCOSTO DE CEBEÇA, CROMOTERAPIA E A INSTALAÇÃO QUE JÁ ESTAVA PAGA TAMBÉM

IT WAS NOT MADE AND AS THE STORE SAID IT WAS COURTESY OF THE FACTORY. THE FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE IF WANTED TO ASSIST ME AND SENT A MESSAGE THAT ONLY ATTEND PJ.
DO NOT BUY ALBACETE'S SPA/HYDROMASSAGE OR IN THE STORE THAT REPRESENTS IT. IN BEAUTIFUL HORIZONTE, SUN AND COMMERCIAL AIR IN OUR LADY OF CARMO, 1290. BAD EXPERIENCE. PAY MORE EXPENSIVE BUT DO NOT MAKE THIS OPTION. THERE WILL ONLY PASS ANGER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar o comentário aqui no perfil para que chegue no departamento de CS da empresa. Entrei em contato com a fábrica relatando um problema no meu filtro. Como sou de Brasília fui recomendado para que fizesse contato com a assistência técnica local no caso a empresa Eletrotec. Liguei na empresa, expliquei o meu problema, o fornecedor perguntou se estava na garantia, eu disse que não. Até ai tudo bem. O problema é que para fazer uma visita técnica eu teria duas opções. Uma seria fechar o serviço com eles e caso eu não concordasse teria que pagar o valor de R$150,00 pela visita. Relatei que neste formato eles poderiam colocar o valor que quisessem no serviço pois de uma forma ou de outra eu teria de pagar pela visita. Sugiro vocês reconsiderarem os parceiros locais pois irei reavaliar minha compras futuras de filtros e bombas da marca Albacete já que sou proprietário de uma rede de escolas de natação.

One would be to close the service with them and if I did not agree, I would have to pay the amount of R$150.00 for the visit. I reported that in this format they could put whatever value they wanted on the service because one way or another I would have to pay for the visit. I suggest you reconsider your local partners as I will re-evaluate my future purchases of Albacete brand filters and pumps as I own a network of swimming schools.
